I found out about BestEgg through Credit Karma. I had an excellent approval rating for a loan through BestEgg so I called them just because I’d rather do things on the phone with a representative and the representative that I had her name was Amanda K.she was outstanding, very kind and helpful when I was doing the paperwork online, which was very simple and straightforward and the approval process is almost automatic when you call it is a call center in San Antonio Texas. You’re not getting somewhere else like not in the country and it’s a small call Center. She said for the most part and everybody kind of knows each other, which is kind of nice knowing that when I call her if I have a question, it’ll be easy to speak with them Amanda said that everybody’s very helpful and caring that works there and again Amanda and my book got a five star rating just for her kindness and understanding that I had some cognitive disabilities because I got a brain injury in the Marine Corps and she was the kindest person I think on a Customer Service call I ever had
