Best Egg Avis 

Not too hard or long application.Customer service great. Just confused where you get my credit score. Experian and other two are a lot higher. Then once you approved my loan my score with you dropped 10 points?????

Wish the $400 processing fee taken off the top was a bit more clear/noticeable when filling out application (MY ONLY ISSUE). Other than that Best egg is a great lender for those of us at the 650ish credit range. But if you have a good good credit than that price can be cut in half elsewere. Still gave 5 stars as this is becoming more common these days to charge so much in processing fee and than nail you on interest each month on top

The most easiest and hassle free process so far I experienced. I worked with SOFI and other companies and I clearly see the difference.

I applied for a loan that was not that much, and my credit score was enough to get the measley loan I asked for, however, I sent all the documentation and was told that they received everything and I was be hearing about approval within 24 hours. Never heard anything so I did a chat with a bot from the company, I asked if my loan would be approved, and was told I needed to call they required more information. I sent them all the required paperwork, and still heard nothing, so I called the next day, and was sent an e-mail stating that my loan was not approved. I didnot receive a hard inquiry on my credit report but instead got a bogus formatted e-mail giving me my credit score and the reasons at the bottom of e-mail. I just don't think they intended to approve me, no matter what my credit score was or the information they received. This company is such a fraud, they should be turned in to Consumer Affairs, with the Attorney Generl's office, along with the BBB. Their practices of approval are not for anyone to be treated fairly.

I have had a great relationship with Best Egg for many years. Easy and safe to use. Never have had any problems.

When I first got my Best Egg credit card there was NO monthly fee for having the card, but then for some unknown reason you started charging my card $4.00 a month just for having a card, that sucks and when I pay my balance I am going to cancel my card and tell everyone I know not to get a Best Egg credit card

Easy maneuvering on website. Fast answers. I've been with Best Egg since 2023 and have not experienced any issues.

Easy and quick. Not a lot of hoops to jump through or confusing jargon to read. Would definitely use again if I was in a position to need one.

I once made the mistake of asking them to tell me my credit score. I have since asked them not to. They will not continue to harass me with emails about things I don't care about and offers I don't want or need and there is no way to ever stop it. Avoid them!
