Don’t ever go here. I reserved my spot for a Guns N’ Roses concert last night at 1148-50 W. Waveland Ave. in Chicago. I got to my parking spot and there was no spot open. Not only that but it was completely blocked with five cars near two spaces.
Save yourself the money and the aggravation. This place is awful.

They sell parking, which doesn't exist and the lot attendants laugh and say, "oh, it's another one of these!" Bought "VIP Parking" for a Counting Crows concert in Charlotte so I could make a quick getaway after the concert and avoid the long lines in the parking garage. However, when I arrived at the lot, it was full and the parking attendants told me that this happens all the time, and there is no reserved "VIP Parking" in this lot. I asked what I should do, and they told me that I would have to try another lot, which took a while in concert traffic and then had to pay more money on top of what I paid to Best Parking, and ended up in the garage where I DID NOT want to be. I contacted their customer service who wanted me to prove that I paid for parking, but I paid with cash so how does that work?!?!? More inconvenience and I feel that this is a HUGE scam, because they will make it nearly impossible to recover a refund...I've wasted enough of my time on this, so you me and my money this time Best Parking...CONGRATS!!

I like the others paid for my parking and when we pulled up on time was told they were full and move away. I contacted best parking and they told me i needed to send them receipts for parking elsewhere. I replied back saying what does that have to do with anything. THE LAST 4 TIMES I USED THEM I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM. FINALLY IM DONE WITH THEM HOORIBLE SERVICE.

There was no spot when I arrived and no parking attendant supervising the lot. Have not been able to get in touch with customer service for a refund. Very angry, clearly a scam.

Updating my review from 1 to 3 stars: I was finally able to get in touch with the customer service team after filing a dispute with Paypal and my money was refunded.

Scammers!
First time I reserved my parking and got to the parking lot to find out they were full and didn’t want to honor my reservation. I had to beg the attendant to let me park and he did let me only for 1 hr.
2 nd time I made my reservation and was 6 minutes late. When I got to the parking lot the reservation wasn’t even showing. They didn’t let me park.
My credit card was charged. I reached out to customer service and they asked for prof of receipt. I did submit it and then never heard back from them again. I reached out to them few times and no response and no refund issued.
Be aware!
They reserve more spots than the parking lot has available. They don’t care. They’ll take your money and not give you back

Never use them. Although I had a reservation, the parking garage said they were full and did not care. They said I would be refunded my money. I ended up paying almost double, parking down the street (using their app again!). 15 days and countless email later, money has not been refunded..same story every time..send us a copy of the parking receipt.. I have sent the copy and keep getting an auto response…”send copy”..Rip off & cons at work..do not use!

Just came on here to warn others: this is a scam. Went to redeem parking after one week, paid $40 for Park2Go in Edmonton, Canada. They told us this was a scam, and we were out that money. Tried to contact, of course, no response. Buyer beware!

What a nightmare! Do not use this company for parking! We paid in advance - even paid EXTRA $30 for oversize vehicle (a Van)...$100 TOTAL - it was a friday night and i was taking my girlfriend to see a play that i spent $800 for, we showed up at the parking lot and they told us it was full or some crap like that, they didnt even want to see the pre-paid pass i bought, couldnt find parking missed show - then they refused to refund my money!!!! total scam!!!

On a busy day in NYC expect the garage to not let you in even though you prepaid. This has happened to me twice. The garages are not honoring the contract.

This company is a piece of %#^*. We paid online $63 for 3 days, came EARLY to extend for one more day, was told, “ no problem, just leave it here till tomorrow morning”- were charge AN EXTRA $72, and when we spoke to the supervisor who didn’t apologize and said, “ you asked us if you could leave it, you didn't ask us how much it would be” ON THE WALL it says “$30 for 24 hours”

Best customer service!! Booked parking in New York and had a small issue at the garage itself. The Bestparking.com rep who had texted me earlier to see how the check-in went, texted me back immediately and was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. I would highly recommend and certainly would use again.

I know you get what you pay for but.....

On arrival journey phoned number 20 minutes later than requested arrival to say I was 10 minutes out. Told I was late and would have to wait at drop off. Not car park as instructions. 15 minutes, 30 minutes and finally 45 minutes. I assume save money on car park. phoned number twice and no reply. Wife, 9 year old daughter were waiting with me and cold.

On return phoned in baggage and told to wait in terminal 5 for phone call to go outside. 15 minutes later phoned both numbers no one picked up. At 30 minutes and several calls no reply decided to use wife’s phone this time a new phone number/ business they immediately picked up. Said had no idea where they were but would ring me back as soon as they found out. No phone call back after using both phones they failed to pick up phone. After an hour male arrived. I was told to go to departures drop off area. Despite this saying no collecting and fines for doing so. Driver polite and apologised and said he had only received instruction for pick up only minutes before. He was furtive and quick, so as not to be spotted.. I will not be saving the pennies again to line the pockets of the owners of this company. You pay your money you take your choice but lesson learned.
