BPN - SENCo Level 3
The webinars were full of information, it was lovely to be put into breakout rooms to speak to other people from across the country and gain new ideas and perspectives. My tutor (Maureen Lee) was fab. She was so friendly and always replied within a timely manner whenever I contacted. The email team always responded quickly and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend Best Practice to colleagues and will be keeping an eye out for future courses!

This is my second time of training with…Incredible Experience
This is my second time of training with BPN and both instances have always been brilliant! I was quite skeptical enrolling onto the EY Senco programme with best practice as I wasn't sure what to expect. I was expecting it to be too theoretical but to my surprise, it's more about my practice than anything else. The webinars were so insightful as they gave opportunity to engage with other practitioners nationwide, share ideas and basically discuss issues which affect our settings. The break out rooms were my favourite part of the webinars! Again, the webinars became a motivation factor for writing my assignments as the assessment modules were mainly the discussion points. Overall, there was help available from my mentor whom I got to meet virtually twice and we had useful interactions about the programme. I've learnt a lot in such a short space of time and l feel I'm now confident in sharing and leading practice too.

Not very in depth learning side to it
I think the online teams call were the learning was done was very long and didn’t give as much information as needed. The breakout rooms were very awkward as not everyone spoke and the course wasn’t easy to navigate online it wasn’t very well explained what was were and what needed to be completed beside the coursework.
