Good customer service and quick delivery. Works well in our static caravan and makes the living area a more pleasant place to be on cold nights. Not sure if it will make much difference to heating bills but it was always going to be for supplementary heating, as made clear on the website.

Very speedy delivery of an excellent quality product THAT WORKS. Plus, the information was helpful, so I made the most of my Rugbuddy straight away.

I bought an under rug heating pad.
I was a little unsure if it would be enough warmth but it turned out to be amazing.
Ideal if you have little ones playing on the rug or if you suffer with cold feet whilst watching tv.

We have had one of these for years from RSA and my sister wanted one too seeing how well it works and how efficient it is. So we decided to spoil her and get one for her birthday. Arrived well packaged and within a day of ordering tracked all the way. My sister loves it! And I still swear by them!

Arrived promptly, was a breeze to set up and had it working in 10mins. Has definitely made a difference in temperature and our 2 pugs won’t get off it. Definitely recommend a RugBudfy for both comfort and keeping dogs happy.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. The RugBuddy was recommended to me by a friend who had one. Our kitchen is above our garage and it is freezing in winter, so cold we have actually had olive oil freeze. The RugBuddy was a brilliant addition to the kitchen it heats up in seconds, stays warm all day is so lovely to walk on and has t bankrupted us in heating bills. What more could you want!

Warms nicely

Excellent product exactly what we needed to take the chill off without installing an unsightly radiator and associated pipework etc. Only put it on for a couple of hours in the morning and the room soon heats up to a comfortable temperature.

Arrived quicker than expected and was relatively easy to set up. Bit of faffing cutting a hole in the underlay for the cable but other than that it was easy. Amazingly effective at heating the room but doesn’t feel hot underfoot- just pleasantly warm. We also got the recommended wool underlay for tiled floors from Rugbuddy which is also very good. Even without the Rugbuddy switched on the underlay seems to insulate the floor and make the room feel warmer

This is great. Its been the different between our conservatory being too cold to leave our cats in in the winter for a couple of hours and it being comfortable. We also have a wall heater and the difference isn't huge but it was too cold without the rug buddy and I can go and stand on the rug in bare feet with snow on the ground outside and it's lovely. Great service too. Thank you

Well, the delivery was RAPID. No messing about - once the order was placed, the automated process kicked in and it all arrived in good time.
The rugbuddy was sensibly packaged up, compact and not as heavy as I was anticipating.
The thing I most appreciated about the packaging was the unit had been tested prior to despatch with the tester’s note, record and date on it. That gave me the satisfaction this was not from a faceless production line, but someone had taken ownership of producing and checking the product prior to despatch.
The kit was very easy to set up and connect. The simple push button / internal trip mechanism is also a blessing. No faffing about. It does exactly what it was intended to do. No additional installation required.
As you may realise, it’s been jolly chilly in recent weeks, my feet have been nicely toasty in my log cabin office at the bottom of my garden in Surrey.

I bought a RugBuddy for my loft apartment in Madrid and I’m extremely pleased with it. It was very easy to install and it keeps the sofa area warm and cozy without needing to heat the whole space. The delivery to Madrid was fast and trouble-free. Highly recommended!

I have used the Rug Buddy in my log cabin just to keep the temp above freezing and the humidity down. And it’s working a treat, I can check the temperature remotely via a smart thermostat and then set the Rug buddy to come on, as and when I need, very easy install everything needed was in the box. Don’t skimp get the underlay. I have used the cabin in cold weather with Rug buddy on the temperature has got up to 15 degrees more the warm enough.
(Cabin is 4mX3m and 2.4m tall)

Delivered quickly, and I love it. It’s under a rug, under my desk where the room heater doesn’t reach. Lovely warm feet!

I now have two RugBuddys , and I honestly love them. One is in my living room and the other is in my daughter’s bedroom, and they’ve made such a difference. The warmth feels just like underfloor heating. My feet are nice and toasty, and both rooms feel noticeably cosier, taking the chill out of the air on colder days.
