BHL Avis 

Needed a part in good time so I could fit it whilst scaffolding was still in place. Suggested delivery time (1 to 5 days) was missed by a long way. I chased to get a delivery date and was told I would get it on Aug 1st. It arrived on August 3rd. Total time from order to delivery was 16 days. Everything BHL said about delivery times was wrong so why bother saying anything at all!

The spare part I needed arrived quickly and in good condition. Thank you for your service.

I placed my order and paid on 14th July. I chased delivery 1st August, was replied to with a tracking number and told to check it myself on the Evri website. This showed the parcel "on it's way", not even out for delivery 17 days after order. Not anywhere near the right level of service, with the post-sales support totally inadequate. I'm posting this review because I've been asked to, despite not receiving my goods. And I've been sent a £5 voucher off the next £100 purchase I make - I don't think so......

Great service

Fast delivery and everything arrived in perfect condition. Only downside was no dispatch confirmation or tracking was provided so didn't know the order was turning up

Courier damaged 10 litre pot of paint which leaked all over the place. BHL left me to sort out the mess which had spilt all across my patio from the box. Don’t use this firm they don’t care about leaving you to fix their mess!

They refused a return without prior notice. Then, they recommended an alternative item, which turned out to be wrong. I waited around 2 weeks for each order.

They accepted the return for their mistake, but after nearly a month, they still haven't processed the refund and still refuse to accept initial return.

Avoid this company

Unfortunately my experience with this company is not positive. They have just forgotten my items to deliver and delaying to deliver it day by day.

They say “Never look a gift horse in the mouth”, but the price was so good I had to… so I rang to check stock levels. The guy who answered was able to confirm price and stock levels and give an approximate delivery date. So I ordered and waited. Within a couple of days I received a confirmation of the expected delivery date and received the item as expected. Great! Happiness!

Avoid buying anything from BHL, the customer service is terrible. You can order the correct item and it will more often than not, when it arrives they have sent you the wrong item. Even though you purchased the item prior to delivery, and even though BHL sent the wrong item. It's you as a customer who needs to arrange for the wrong items to be returned, at your own cost. Then once you do this, it's a game trying to get a refund

The website was incredibly unresponsive. I ordered my item and then within a couple of days I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled and I had been refunded. No explanation. So it was a complete waste of time using the company.

I Ordered some parts was charged over £14 for 4 small items that would have fitted through my letter box, 3 items turned up over a week later the main item was missing, I have no idea when that might turn up. I had to get them else where to get the job done on time.They just palm your order out to another company to fulfil it, mine was subbed out to worseley. Do yourself a favour and buy your parts elsewhere

Excellent price plus reasonably quick delivery. Packed very well.

Happy that the purchase followed the expected path with plenty of updates as to its progress. Rather wait a few days knowing when something is coming rather than expect it following day only to be disappointed. Also the value was very competitive.

Life Savers! Had the replacement part at good price. Shipped within 24 hours arrived within 3 working days saved me having to replace the entire heating control system much appreciated would recommend.

We recently ordered two toilet seats. One unfortunately had an issue with it. I reported this to BHL and they were very helpful requesting that I send photos.
Within one working day they came back to me to ask when could a replacement be sent out to us. It arrived the very next day!

I recently order 3 flue parts when I should have only ordered 1. Completely my own fault. I contacted them and we quickly arranged for me to return the unneeded items and to be refunded.
There email response were instant and instruction detailed and clear with refund within just a few days.
I will definitely use them again and have book marked their site.
I haven't seen customer service this good for years!
