Was with BigFish for 3 years and I could not praise them enough! Very helpful with everything, always going above and beyond for us! The only reason why I am changing is because my agency has now started working with few umbrellas on an approved list due to change in legislation, which I am not happy about! If you can chose BigFish as your umbrella, definitely do so

I have been with Bigfish for 5 years
I have been with Bigfish for 5 years. They are really helpful and responsive and always willing to help. I have been paid mostly on time and also I took my pension through them which is great. I have valued their honesty and support. Only moving as have to move due to changes in requirements.

Really good Umbrella company
Really good Umbrella company. They set up my payroll account quickly, set up a pension account and holiday pay saving scheme. All my emails were quickly responded to. Very helpful customer service staff. Would recommend.

From a client point of view, excellent to deal with, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and a friendly team. Pleased they are part of our PSL in terms of payroll companies we use.
The service they offer the candidates, is second to none. Available out of hours which is a huge plus.
