Big Sandy Superstore Avis 

They said they would keep me updated on my special order purchase and I have not heard from them since I ordered my furniture and I feel that this review is not a fare review because I haven't received my furniture yet, when I receive my furniture I would like to give my honest review.

I received the chair with a small hole in seat then was given the run around and delivery drivers need to do better not drop furniture from truck or smell like a pot factory or like the just lit one up before walking in

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Delivery team was great and you do a great job on communication for delivery.

Delivery guys were quick ,efficient, polite and very knowledgeable. Impressive!

Really enjoyed our salesman, Stephen, he listened when we said we knew what we wanted and didn't push! Our washer came in before we were expecting it. Only downfall was I texted to check on the order and found out it was in and waiting for us to pick up. I was not notified like I was told I would be. Nothing to serious, just a minor annoyance.

Delivery was as expected. On time and friendly and efficient installers.

No communication
Been 2 weeks still don’t know where order is. No tracking number

I had trouble paying for my purchase online and after it was finally processed they didn't order my products. I had to call to get it straightened out. Not satisfied at all.

Salesperson was great. Good prices, quick delivery.

The young men that delivered the refrigerator were great. They had to take the doors off and then put it back together. They were very nice and funny
The only pain was the Bot that sent us a link so we could watch where the delivery people were - it wasn’t working. If you got rid of the Bot and had a real person it would have been the best

I thought the purchasing process was fine, except that I purchased the warranties and premium installation packages only to find out that to change the dryer door opening Big Sandy said it would be ANOTHER service call and a $99.99 fee! They said I should have asked about the door direction at the time I ordered the appliances. Do better Big Sandy.

Walked in knowing what I wanted. Greg helped me decide exactly and got me setup and ready to go in no time. Fast, friendly and helpful.

Great delivery service!

Big Sandy had a good selection to choose from in thier showroom. It only took a couple of days to get the item in stock to a local store that I could make a pick up.

Ordering was easy and reliable, quick delivery options, delivery went smooth, guys were polite respectful of property

They left our new furniture dirty and discussing and not happy and might not ever shop there again

The sales representative Wayne was very pleasant and helped me what I wanted in my new washer. No complaints. Very happy with my purchase.

The "in stock" dishwasher took over a week to become available for pick up. And still was not ready the day it was supposed to. I was then talked into getting the hookup kit (yest a new hose is worth getting) but the kit was not the correct advertised/described kit. Had to get a different one, and now need to return the other.

I was extremely impressed and pleased that I knew exactly where the delivery truck was throughout the morning. With my appointed delivery number I knew approximately when my delivery would take place and wasn’t sitting here in limbo like so many other places have left me. I am and will be a Big Sandy fan from now on!
