I have a fully verified account and have been waiting for $100 redemption for 10 as straight days. Every day I am told that is processing and everyday I do not receive a deposit. Unreliable. I'm certain I will not receive any deposit from them at this point. Smh!!!

it is 5/23 and i have a simple 100$ redemption from 5/11 they have yet to pay. now i have won another 100 but can not redeem BEWARE

If I could give it a zero, I would! I got an email from this company that says I would be credited with 40 sc for just signing up. I click the email, and it takes me to sign up, where it says only 2 sc to sign up. I sign up and don't get any credit. I contacted customer service, and after waiting forever, the rep was rude, didn't help, and didn't care that I had an account with them. I sent a copy of the email, and he basically told me that it was false! They are false advertisers, and if this is how it's going to be the first time being on the website, I will not go back on it!!

You guys please don’t play on this website at all they will take your money and then tell you to wait 7 days to receive your redemption after 7 days they start telling you to wait on there team which is probably gone never respond.i had to have them reject my redemption and play it out smh then ask them to delete my account after the money gone.

This place is a complete joke. They are very good and finessing you with B.S about redemptions. This site should be flagged immediately and shut down. I've got 6 days of back and forth with support where they give you the lamest explanations on the time it takes for redemptions. I gave them a chance but am now convinced this site is a total scam. I highly recommend going somewhere else cause this isn't it. They need to be shut down

May 4th has a bonus round I bought for $112.50… didn’t credit even shows not played in transaction history- won’t show up when I load game. Messaged customer service. It’s may 12 and they won’t reply to me in game chat or anything and I’ve asked several times about my missing $$ and NOTHING so that money is missing and they aren’t doing anything or even replying.

After making a redemption you can't access the site or play without reversing your redemption. You also can't deposit new funds while having a redemption. Do not trust this site under any circumstances

Absolute joke of a social casino. It’s sad reputable gaming companies collaborate with scam sites like this one, makes it hard to know which sites you can trust. This is another one of those “take your money with no hesitation and then do everything we can to not pay you your winnings” sites. Waited over two weeks after my redemption request to tell me I needed to provide proof of address then complained that I covered my personal finances on my bank statement, telling me to submit it unedited. Request a redemption on April 23rd and have not been lied to as much in my entire life as the customer service has on this site. My father in laws firm is going to be reaching out to anyone who has met redemption requirement and not received a redemption. If you deposited and still could not redeem even better. They usually don't handle sweeps casino cases but as the landscape is changing and loopholes more on the side of the consumer sweeps casinos will be the only place for player advantage and firms will start opening more and more class actions. I don't know what these people are talking about. That are trying to say this company is a good company to use. Because they are absolutely not. I have been waiting since January. It is now April 30th, and I still have not gotten paid. I have verified everything. I've been told by multiple senior Workers that everything is taken care of everything is verified. I don't need to do anything else and I would receive my payment in 2 to 3 business days. I was told that multiple times probably about 5 or 6, and each one of them have passed. I've even been connected to A senior executive supposedly that guaranteed me. My payment would be completed that day or the next. And that was 3 weeks ago, they never give me a straight answer. I've been told multiple times that my payment would be received in 2 to 3 days and I still not have received it. My original redemption was back in January and never received it, and it got put back in my big shot games wallet, so I put in for a second redemption and had to jump through a bunch of hoops, and I submitted everything that I was supposed to and was told everything was fully verified. And they apologize for taking so long, but guaranteed me.My payment would be there that was over a month ago. When I submitted it on march twenty seventh. And so I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and when they responded to my complaint, they lied, trying to say that I have not completed my k. YC when I had already done it. Twice, they are a horrible company to deal with. I would highly suggest nobody ever ever spend their money With this company, if you want a good trustworthy company I highly suggest Crown coins casino, they are the very best in every aspect. I will never ever ever give this company big shot games. Another penny. And I can almost guarantee i'm not going to get my winnings

Ok I tried to be so nice to customer support .. I redeemed 100 on the 13th of this month .. The same day I redeemed 400 which is in total 500 The same exact day .. I got the 100 last week .. YET MY 400 is still setting in LIMBO in my account .. I have emailed support MANY times .. I WISH I could show you all my email they sent back .. ( It says and I quote ) Your current redemption is set TO PAY from our team so it means it is just waiting to be paid from our side, I really understand your frustration, but we are doing our best to pay all of our users. Thank you!

UM I am a paying player man .. I won fair and square .. I just want my pay out .. I even told them I would play more if I knew I was going to get paid .. My 400 redemption has been setting there since The 13th .. It has been 15 days of setting in LIMBO .. Its so frustrating that They will not just send my money .. There is no excuse .. I have redeemed 100 last week that went right through .. If it is set to pay and you have not paid .. WHY is the question .. I usually give GOOD reviews .. This is very heartbreaking y'all! They have great games .. you win .. but with not being paid out .. MAN .. SMH .. I will update you all when I get paid .. Definitely one of the worst platforms to even try. Their reviews on here are accurate. I won’t even be bothering with customer support. They send emails for promotional prizes and then you have to purchase a package before it even gives it to you, unlike most others where you get small prizes. I wonder if this even qualifies as a sweepstakes since technically there’s no way to play for free. But my advice is just skip over this platform and play others.

Tried to redeem my win on this site and after a month of waiting I was told I needed to provide documents. I provided these documents then had my redeem rejected two more times. Stay far away from this site. Customer service extremely rude and tries to circumvent paying their customers wins at all costs .

They play pirate and hold redemptions after the first. Other reviews share this same claim. The first redemption was done in less that 24 hours and this included KYC verifications. After a week of being told "they are working on it" and "It will be soon" I did some research and It looks like many other people have problems getting redemptions released to them in events almost up to a month or not at all. my first and only successful redemption was sent last month and it was issued and on my debit card within 1 or 2 days. I played 2 weeks later and They only tell me "please be patient" and "there's nothing we (customer service) can do. My $200 redemption has been sittting in "commited" state for 12 days and the doesn't count the 3 day they left it sitting unaccepted.

Awful when it comes to redemption. Their customer service told me it takes 2-3 business days to payout. It's been more than 10 business days. When I reach out for answers I'm told "there's a high volume of redemptions at this time, be patient, and I'll get an email when it's done." They refuse to give me a straight answer or date on when I'll receive it.
