I have ordered a new front suspension fork. They sent to me used part with visible signs of wear such as a cracked hydraulic brake cable holder, and wear on the steering tube. I feel fooled. I do not recommend this seller.

I bought a Stan's Crest MK3 wheelset with Novatec 771/772SB hubs from Bikestacja on Sept. 7, 2016. I rec'd the UPS shipment notification on Sept. 8. The wheelset arrived on my doorstep on Sept. 19, 2016. I paid them directly using PayPal after I found their wheels on eBay. Yes, eBay discourages this, but I was willing to take the risk given the fact that they have their own online store (albeit in Poland). Their email communication was prompt, and they answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They also asked me several questions to confirm my order (e.g., Shimano hub, 9/10 vs 11 speeds). The wheelset itself arrived in perfect condition with Novatec skewers and Stan's valve stems. The packaging was professionally done, ensuring no damage to the wheels. The wheels themselves were exactly what I expected, though they had a little more flex than I thought they would. Overall, I would rate the entire purchasing experience a 9/10.

I got in touch with these guys to build me some custom wheels they were very helpful answered all emails in a timely manner and I received the wheels in 10 days. They were exactly what I wanted and beautifully built and well packaged. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Bought a bike headset from this site 2/29/16. PayPal was charged immediately, received a receipt shortly thereafter. Heard nothing for 4 days, so 3/4/16 I e-mailed to ask if the item listed "IN STOCK" when I ordered had shipped. Got a response (only response I have gotten to date) stating that it was shipping that day. 3/8/16 I still had no tracking information, so I e-mailed them again inquiring as to the status. 3/10/16 I received a form e-mail stating the item had shipped and providing a tracking number. That tracking number listed only "Label Created" on UPS website, so on 3/15, 3/16, and 3/17, I sent e-mails asking when the item was going to actually ship out. No response at all from seller. Item finally shipped out 3/17/16, 18 days after order. Unacceptable lack of response and length of "processing" time.
Funny that after I created a dispute with PayPal, the seller responds IMMEDIATELY to PayPal.
So, if you like giving your money away and waiting forever for them to ship your bike parts out, go here. If you actually want to receive your items in any sort of reasonable time, avoid.
