My withdrawal was changed from trusty to bank transfer and it is no longer on my withdrawal status just disappeared??? There response has been abysmal i can't even get on to live chat if this is the support service avoid site disgusted with service and weres my winnings. I didn't change my withdrawal preference its strange wen you can deposit via trusty on your site but withdrawals have technical issues this is disgusting sed withdrawal has also disappeared from my history can you please tell me weres my money????😡😡 your customer support is zilch live chat can't even get to speak to someone weres this 24/7 customer service!!!!!!!!!!

They need to be consistent with the withdrawal times
I love this site but the only thing that i can say which is negative is that when you withdraw its never the same timing and its not down to the time of day as ive withdrawn at the same time of day and sometimes its instantly then other times you will not receive your winnings until the next day. I know they will say its down to how many withdrawals need processing but if that was the case then why do you get your winnings instantly.
