Disappointing Experience – No Delivery
I placed an order over two months ago and it has never been delivered. The tracking information has not been updated since last month, yet customer service is refusing to issue a refund or provide a clear explanation.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I received only vague responses and no real support. What makes this even more concerning is that, after reading other reviews, I see several customers reporting very similar experiences with undelivered orders and denied refunds.
Based on my experience, this is a company to avoid. The lack of accountability and customer protection is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend staying away and purchasing from a more reliable seller.

This update is in response to the vendor’s reply below.
After more than 60 days, my order has still not been delivered. Tracking has been stuck for over 30 days with no indication of arrival, customs clearance, or pickup.
Instead of taking responsibility, the company shifts the blame to the courier and claims the package is “available for pickup,” despite the fact that tracking shows no such status. This is unacceptable. Until delivery is completed, the seller is responsible, not the customer.
After reviewing multiple online platforms, it is clear that this is not an isolated case, but a recurring pattern: undelivered orders, stalled tracking, and refunds denied by blaming shipping partners.
To other consumers: stay away. Based on my experience and broader online review analysis, this company does not provide adequate customer protection and avoids accountability when orders go missing
