Edit review for Bionavita. I have since found out that Bionavita replied and kept me up to date on all transactions with my order via my junk mail. Their mails were polite and informative. Excellent.
I did not get acknowledgment via email. So had no idea if the order had gone through. No email to say when it was likely to arrive. I actually messaged Bionativa to ask about this and to date have not had an acknowledgment. My parcel has now arrived.

We apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused for you. Our team contacted you via email and phone as well but we couldn't reach you unfortunately.
Our team member replied to you on the same day as we received your email request, and we did confirmed the shipping with tracking number and all the necessary information regarding your parcel.
Also we did contact you today as we saw this feedback, however on the phone number you left in contact details but it seems the phone number is incorrect.
We would like to apologize again for this situation, and we are happy to send you all the details and previous emails we sent out to you regarding your parcel.
Also, it might happen that the emails ended up in spam/promotion folder, as we've got an automatic system set up (that means that we send out an email to confirm that the purchase happened, then a next one for processing, then a next one with dispatched confirmation etc.).
Regarding your request about your account: it might be that some of the details you gave us are incorrect and therefor you cannot access to it. We are happy to help you to double check all the details about your account via phone during office time.
