I do not recommend buying from this company. They delivered a damaged stone to us, and even though they explicitly state on their website that damaged goods will be replaced if they are damaged during transport, **9 months have passed and no replacement has been provided**.

We were repeatedly promised that the issue would be resolved, but nothing happened. Based on our experience, I consider their communication and promises unreliable. I would not buy from them again.

I ve received a broken stone. No answer from them despite m'y emails.

I tempi di consegna promessi non sono stati minimamente rispettati.
Ho contattato numerose volte il venditore (whatsapp, email) il quale, devo dire, ha sempre risposto promettendo che avrebbe spedito entro pochi giorni ma di fatto anzichè 10-15 gg lavorativi la pietra è arrivata dopo 2 mesi.
Ovviamente non mi sono state rimborsate le spese per la spedizione "veloce".
Per quanto riguarda il prodotto invece sono rimasto soddisfatto e posso consigliarlo.

Un mes en enviar el pedido y después de varios mensajes de preocupación, recibo una piedra medio cruda, aún húmeda, no utilizable por el momento. Pensé que el retraso sería causa del secado, pero ni siquiera. Lamentable experiencia y muy cara...espero que cuando utilice la piedra (después de muchos días) no se rescrebaje. Me dejé llevar por el espesor que necesitaba y fue el mayor error. No es mi primer pedido de piedras, tengo experiencia con casapullas para mis diferentes hornos míos y de familiares pero el espesor me traicionó. Esta era para un horno de la familia y he quedado muy mal. Tengo fotos y videos por si queda alguna duda.

Like another reviewer here, I ordered a pizza stone around the Christmas period. Although the order was delivered more than a month later, I appreciated their communication in regards to the stone needing time to dry, as well as their extremely careful packaging. The stone arrived intact, it fits the measurements of my Ooni Volt 2, and I am now putting it to good use.

Would definitely order again if needed and would recommend to others as well.

Ottimo prodotto, ho utilizzato la pietra subito e la pizza ha acquistato un sapore come se fosse fatta in un forno a pizza professionale

Ho ordinato una refrattaria a cavallo di natale titubante data l'assenza di recensioni.
La pietra è arrivata perfettamente imballata e delle dimensioni richieste.

Unico neo l'aggiornamento della spedizione, contando che io corriere ha suonato prima ancora che mi arrivasse la mail di avvenuta spedizione

Ordered a stone recently for my DIY pizza oven. It's difficult to find a good source for these biscotto that are not a rip-off on price. The stone was well priced, arrived in good condition and I look forward to curing it and baking pizza on it.
