This team is very knowlegeble to implement EDI for our retailer business. I would strongly recommend if anyone got stuck with implementation. They are not relying on the experience/expertise. The quick learn and adapt to solve your particular problem is the trust factor.

They have a great team in place that is highly solution-oriented, and their response times have been excellent. Ankita and Anu both possess a deep understanding of our system and requirements, which is incredibly valuable whenever we need to resolve an issue.

The team is supportive, helpful, and quick to adapt to our requests. When we raise an issue, they respond promptly. We especially appreciated their flexibility in arranging an urgent meeting, and their patience with our countless questions about the accounting structure and processes. Highly recommended!

When we were stuck in a bind, Bipin (and the Bista team) Came to the rescue! Bipin in particular, was instrumental, in managing our project / situation, and getting us back on track! Resolving many of the botched rollout issues we had during our initial rollout (before Bista). He worked tirelessly, adapting to our unique needs and modifications, no judgement or negative remarks. Just Genuine Help! He was available after hours for updates, in a pinch, even during busy times and ensured down time was carefully planned. Pulled team members in when needed, for specific needs... (Pinak was amazing for example) He easily worked with all personality types, friendly + a pleasure to work with! I can say, Bipin / The Bista Team, definitely have your back! If things go south, you know they will respond quickly, with several teams available, too! Infrastructure, Accounting, Ai, Web, etc... There when you need them! Highly recommend for your Odoo endeavours!
