Bits & Pieces Avis

Shopping w/Bits and Pieces is the best way to get quality puzzles.

I wish there were more sales of the 300 piece puzzles. Those are the ones my hubby can do. Also, it would be nice to get an extra puzzle or two if you spend over $100.

Where's the promised discount??
If trust pilot doesn't offer the advertised discount they should state that CLEARLY.

Wide selection of puzzles. Sale and clearance items and other puzzling stuff, too

I like the range of pictures and the specifications so I know what I’m getting. This is the best puzzle table ever! I’m buying another one for a friend; I like it so much! And I’m going to try the lid holder made of wood. I always try to use the cardboard ones and they just don’t hold up, so I’m excited to have a good view of the box lid.

Easy to find what I am interested in. I found some great deals. I am always interested in sale puzzles 300 count.

Very good description of the puzzles and great pictures. Lots of choices.

My daughter and I love scanning our catalog of puzzles we get in the mail every fall and picking out the most beautiful Halloween, autumn, and harvest-themed puzzles to do together! It’s fun to get a surprise bonus puzzle in the shipment as well. The puzzles are always well made and they come with the packaging and the puzzle itself in great shape.

I love these puzzles. These are the ones I always order.
love the size and beautiful colors of the puzzles.

John Sloane. He is the best.

Shipping costs of the puzzle are exorbitant. Will not be ordering from you again. Please discontinue sending me a catalog.

I love puzzles that are equally challenging and the same size. This way when I finish each they fit perfectly in my custom built frame. This site is very easy to move around in. I love how I can go straight to items on sale, and then pick 100 piece puzzles, and gives me exactly what I am looking for. The images are amazing. I just purchased quite a few. Cannot wait to get started.

The best puzzles for a puzzle crazy family! This is my first time viewing your site and it is wonderful.

This co. has a fabulous selection of puzzles. There is a new one today I would love to have but - unless it is written on the box, co. will not volunteer if puzzle has a poster. (That info readily available on Amazon).

Received broken puzzle board. Want to return it. Customer service no help and they do not give return labels.

They have no helpful customer service. The reps can't do anything. Delivery is a problem. My 7-10 days delivery has been WAY LONGER and a nightmare from FedEx as well.

Advice to consumers:DO NOT give this company your email address when dealing with them. I ordered something a year ago and did so. Ever since, I have received one or two promotional emails A DAY. The company does not offer an "unsubscribe" function on its site, which I believe is illegal. And they never respond to my requests to stop the emails. To date, I have received 382 unwanted emails from them. Don't do business with this company.

This company has a good selection of great puzzles at a lower price point then many other brand name puzzles and so I purchased 3 of their puzzles earlier this year. However, I was disappointed with the quality. The random cuts can be somewhat challenging as the pieces don't lock well and because the pieces are thinner then some higher priced brands, they tend to shift easily on the puzzle board or sections sometimes buckle easily.

This must be the most incompetent and dishonest company doing "business" out there.

DO NOT USE AT ALL, esp. for XMAS !

Two puzzles arrived back to back. BOTH puzzles had between two and four pieces missing. Simply keep on scrolling to find this and even more egregious offenses being perpetrated by Bitsandpiecespuzzles.

Bruce C.

We have done jigsaw puzzles for years including many from Bits and Pieces. As we were nearing completion of our last Bits and Pieces puzzle, we found several pieces were exact duplicates of other pieces and didn’t fit in the puzzle. The duplicate pieces were the same shape and the same picture. We also found a small section that had no pieces so we were not able to complete the puzzle.

We contacted the company and sent several of the duplicate pieces with the letter. I said that I expected a response. When we didn’t get a response, I sent a second letter requesting a refund. Still no response. My thinking is that Bits and Pieces does not have a customer service department.

We will not ever buy Bits and Pieces puzzles again and suggest that you do the same.
