Brilliant customer service. Staff were friendly and approached to see if I needed help choosing a jacket but also gave me space to try a few and think it over. Would shop here again.

I came in with a person who has special needs and we were greeted by a young man however I didn't catch his name. We were greeted with the manger and he was very polite and went out his way to assist us. I would recommend this shop to everyone

Last minute purchase
My wife and I went into Blacks on the High Street in Lincoln late in the afternoon. Despite it being closing time Tom was very patient and helpful. He didn't rush us and got out a variety of sandals. My wife bought a pair of sandals and is pleased with them.
We feel Tom went way over what was expected of him and is a credit to the company.
