Phil served me when I bought some walking boots in Tottenham Court Road. He was very helpful and charmed us with his conversation. That's the kind of service that makes me return to a shop

I ordered a pair of walking shoes today and bought a rucksack as well. The staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful in this branch of Blacks. Mo clearly knows about the products he sells; I was struggling to find the right walking shoes and he suggested a pair that fit me really well. 
I keep on coming back to this branch of Blacks, because of the good service and the good quality of products I have bought here over the past few years.

This is the second in a month I’ve been to Blacks. The first time I wandered in to have a look at osprey backpacks with the intention of buying online. Samuel took a lot of time and trouble to explain the details of various packs. Have always found Blacks reliable and love shopping for my rainy/winter outdoor items. It's a shame that most of the branches have closed but still, Tottenham Court Road had everything I needed. The Sales Assistant was helpful and kind too. Top marks for Blacks as always.
