Blacks - Newport Avis 

We had a faulty walking boot,without any fuss Michele resolved our problem and replaced with the same boots. All carried out helpfully and friendly. We only shop here as we know there will always be a professional service and quality products.

I visited Blacks needing some camping equipment. Michelle was very knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend anybody who needed advice when visiting the Black store to go and find Michelle!

Shell was friendly and had good product knowledge, she helped me find a goretex jacket that would protect me from the elements whilst i am out hiking up culver.

As a scout leader in our local group I was looking for some advice with regards cooking equipment and was impressed by your members of staff especially Michelle .. I will use your store again as didn't feel pushed in anyway and found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Michelle and other members of your isle of wight team are a credit to your company so thought you should know .

We always choose Blacks whenever we need to purchase any “outdoor” equipment. We do this mainly because of the staff and the variety of items. We recently bought a coat for my husband and was assisted by Michelle who was very helpful and her knowledge was amazing, she helped us choose the right coat for his needs. We will definitely continue to use Blacks

I went in to get a gift for someone not knowing what to buy them. Michelle helped me so much in helping me decide what would be best for them. They loved the gift and that's all thanks to michelle and her great customer service.

I was prepping quite last minute for Kilimanjaro and Fay in the store was incredibly helpful essentially going through my itinerary with me and insuring I had everything I needed.
She even took the time to go through the stock room to find suitable equipment for me for later that week Served me very well, not overselling, but adequately providing with an excellent level of knowledge and customer service.

I went to the store early in the day needing a particular jacket urgently. The staff were really helpful especially Alfie who persisted in finding exactly what I needed. His colleague Fay joined in at one point to ensure everything in order. All done very quickly and pleased with the purchase

Matt at the Newport store gave us excellent service and advice. The store is well stocked and it was the only one of three shops visited where they had what I wanted. The staff upstairs and down were polite and friendly.
