Blacks - Nottingham Wheeler Gate Avis 

Unfortunately the shoes I purchased just didn't fit well or feel good so I returned them to the Nottingham store. The staff were very helpful, the return was quick and the refund came though a few days later as I had been advised.

Great service by John and his team, nothing was to much trouble. The shop was well stocked and well presented which is always a plus!

Needed a specific product for a particular reason. The lady (maybe called Kaa?) was super helpful and also really knowledgeable. She clearly cared. I was expecting to spend loads and try lots of items. She listened carefully and got me what I needed. I tried on one item and bought it, which handily was in the sale. Thank you!

I had a really good experience at Blacks. I went into the store and was advised by a member of the team called John who helped me find a coat within my budget and was still very stylish. It was a really quick and easy shopping process so I am very pleased.

I was looking for shoes , I didn't find what I was after as I have difficult feet to fit , but John was knowledgeable, patient and lovely ..

I was served by John and there was another woman (didn’t catch her name) downstairs who was attending to the mannequins, both were very kind and engaged in light conversation with me, making me smile and laugh. Both brilliant employees, good service, and a nice store to go into.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable the only thing was 30p for paper carry bag theses should be free as not plastic

I had a pair of walking shoes I had purchased online and had had over a month. No receipt as I'd deleted it not thinking that shoes I'd had before would be too small this time around. I thought I'd have to write off the cost but rang the store on the off chance they could help me.
The lady I spoke to was really helpful and directed me to customer service to try and find my order number.
Eventually the lady online found it and emailed me a copy.
Off to the shop I trot and had no trouble exchanging for a better fitting pair.
Brilliant service all around, honestly perfect.

I visited Blacks in Nottingham to buy a pair of walking shoes. I often have great difficulty finding a pair to fit. Raa was very helpful and offered constructive advice. She fetched multiple pairs and sizes for me to try. Nothing was too much trouble for her. John took over as it was lunchtime. He also was very extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Many thanks for an enjoyable and successful shopping experience thanks to the superb customer service I received.

The Nottingham Blacks store and service were fantastic, in particular Amy who helped me find exactly what I was looking for within minutes & also informed me of certain half price deals. Great service, I shall be returning with a list!

Great experience and service

Went in to buy light weight walking shoes and was very pleased with the selection. The assistant was very patient as I tried on several shoes to get a pair I liked. Also found 2pr of shorts and a nice light weight waterproof jacket so all round a great experience. Certainly the best selection of walking attire in Notts.
