Great product knowledge - very helpful
Dan and Josh were both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their footwear products. For someone with dodgy feet, who finds shoe shopping very stressful, this was a very good experience.

Went into Blacks today to look for a…pair or walking shies
Went into Blacks Shrewsbury today to look for a new pair of walking shoes for upcoming holiday. Lee very quickly ascertained what I was looking for in terms of a waterproof/Gortex shoe and helped me with sizing/fit. He was very knowledgeable about the different widths between brands as well as function over fashion! The fact that BlueLight gave a further 15% discount was a bonus and secured the purchase.

Lee brown was the most sensational colleague I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with he was quick to serve me and sort my needs out. I was in the market for some new shoes and he recommended some Moab 3 which got me straight back on the hills.

Great service for buying walking boots
I have real difficulty finding walking boots that fit me: Charlotte in the Shrewsbury store was very helpful and knowledgeable- and patient. It was great to eventually find a pair that were comfortable, and useful to be told that I could try them in the house for a few days to make sure that were right for me, which I have done. Would definitely come here again.

Great shop with a good range.
