Amazing professional service - Damian explained every process and potential problem with our tricky stove fit in a centuries old cottage with hundreds of years of neglect & alteration. He guided us for the best and most affordable kit and despite being a professional buyer i could never find a better quote for any piece of kit showing there expertise and knowledge.

He and his team did a amazing job and stayed from 9-9 to get the job done in a single day despite having to unexpectedly reconstuct an internal chimney. This unlikely possibility was all explained before and we were all impressed with the way they made our ancient roof better than before (fixing the apex and slates unlike other fitters who just slap it up there and run). The whole fit on our wonky house was excellent and the stove has finished our home and we couldn’t be happier.

We recommended Blazing Burners to anyone in cornwall getting a stove - its the trust, expertise and honesty that make it a pleasure to do so.

If you’re looking to install a new stove, then save yourself some research time by simply going to Blazing Burners. These guys are just the best! Damian and his team were personally recommended to us and we are so glad they took on the job. It was rare to receive such clear pre-installation advice and suggestions, which helped us choose our new woodburning stove. Their installation team professionally completed the job at the required time, for the quoted price, with minimal disruption and we are so delighted with the result. Their communication and professional expertise in completing the work were simply exceptional.

So, now we have a new fireplace, woodburning stove and granite mantlepiece all in place – our lounge has never been so warm - phew! We can’t thank the team enough. We’ll definitely be seeing them again for our first annual service. We’ve even passed on a recommendation to one of our friends who wants to install a new stove.

A satisfying experience. Of course a lot of rubble and mess to start with as the chimney breast is opened out, then plastered, cleaned up and then a new stove fitted.
I thought everyone of the team involved in the transformation worked hard, and yes if your having a stove fitted these are the guys to go for.

This has to be the best customer service ever! from initial inquiry, communication, arrival, install etc all second to none! I love my woodburner sooooo much and was really surprised at how quick this was carried out. I really cant recommended Blazing Burners enough and the workmanship was superb. They are also good value for money. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!

The website inspired confidence in a thorough approach offering a survey before installation. As we had previously had difficulty in inserting a chimney liner, this seemed ideal. However Damian said, "it is rare I now survey as I can obtain what I need from emails and calls!" He was right. Blazing Burners' communication, advice, products and installation techniques are excellent and friendly. We are delighted with our new look fireplace and stove and thoroughly recommend them.
