I od dnia dzisiejszego Jeżeli wysłałbym dokumenty, Dostałem informację, że muszę ponownie czekać 15 dni roboczych na wypłatę moich pieniędzy. Jaja sobie z ludzi robią. Unikać szerokim łukiem

I have been waiting for over 15 days to receive my withdrawal. After the waiting period, I was asked for more and more verification documents, including highly sensitive personal information. Every time I comply, the process seems to be extended further.

Getting money into the casino was quick and easy. Getting it back has been a completely different story.

As a customer, I feel frustrated, disappointed, and let down by the lack of transparency and the endless delays. Until my withdrawal is paid, I cannot recommend this casino to anyone.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - attempted to withdraw over £150 - lots of emails and corespodnance asking for doument after document (God knows what they are doing with them, but probably something illegal).....had to keep jumping hoops and now I have satisfied their requests, no conatct from them, Ignoring emails etc. I know I won;t get my money back but I won't just drop it and let them get away with it. This is the first of many reviews to ensure that NOBODY joins and gives money to this illegal network. You will never recover your money despite tjheir customer servie appearing to be helpful at the start. You have all been warned....the many negative reviews on here say the same. I just wish i had read them before depositing myself.

so was waiting for withdrawal for 250 pound you have to deposit at least 100 pound to get this and this is the minimum you can withdraw just wanted my withdrawal and then close this account
5 days still pending says on my account that account was verified asked why it was taking so long they then sent me an email asking for another 11 documents could believe it I've been a punter for 30 years have never seen any site asking for 11 documents and one was for my bank card not even saying to cover any numbers

£250 withdraw minimum? i got to 275 with there bonus and couldn't withdraw a penny. So we are basically depositing for nothing.
Scam site just like every other review has said. On the site it says just a 20 deposit for a withdraw aswell
You will never be able to cash out due to the terms and bonus rules. They told me I would have to deposit another 80 to cash out then probably do a runner with that.
I've also been seeing that they ask people for much more id then needed same as they did with me. So no doubt they are using our details aswell

The site is a proper scam do not use. If you win say £200 they won't pay it out unless you have deposited £200 or more and they say its in there terms and conditions 9.11.2 .

Scam do not use!!!!! Will not payout. Requested 11 different documents for funds to be released one included a picture of my bank card.
