Paid money for lounge service. Still did not get service. Rude staff. Went out to take a document. Made to wait again. Horrible place

They forced me to take premium lounge service and do not even have common sense to provide with tracking number of the shipment date and time of delivery of the passport.

wrost experience. someone of their employee from call center ask to me to fill normal application for passport renewal . even i had approval from cgi for tatkal. i was tell to them i have approval which application i need to fill , he ask normal . and after that i sent it to bls after one nd half week they just checked the documents and tell to me , we are sent it back to you , you need to fill tatkal application . they took 200 cad more from me for tatkal, they take 3-4 day to just sent it back. nd not accept own mistake.cheap kind of people are sitting there. they dont have knowledge ,even they dont know aboot the word VPO which we use before the name of our village. uneducated ,cheap, money minded.

I went to ambassy two week ago, and tht apprrove my us visa.After 5 days a mail sent by them that you collect your passport. After one week they sent another mail as they will not mention the time to have it , they write in mail that if i will not collect my passpory as soon as possible they will return it to ambassy , and i have to take another appointment , so i qas on my qork place , i take my of for half day and went to collect my passport. This way is not good.

Very unorganized, pathetic and money oriented.

It has been four days standing in line daily from 1 pm to 4 pm only to be sent back just to pickup my passport.

Still waiting since last four days.

I was told to come early morning if I want to get my passport back.

You can only book an appointment if you are paying for a service since picking up your passport is not paid... do not expect any service
There is no dedicated counter for tgis only dedicated time 3-4:30 pm

But be in the line before 12 pm to be called in at 4

BLS want only money for that they can do anything with your application.

Really a pathetic Service. If visiting, be ready to pay 100 cad extra as Premium Lounge charges, it's acctually an indirect way of making money by pulling unwanted discrepancies on application or documents. Very simple logic, either pay charges or if you don't than come again with new appointment, when you come again, there will be more discrepancies and lucky NO discrepancies on documents than be ready to get photos get rejected so they can enforce their photo services. Again a very simple logic, come again by new appointment or pay charges against photo. This is story, since long people are posting their reviews and I am amazed to see the rating 4+ in review . It's really unbelievable. It's a systematic scam!!!

BLS TORONTO..ONLY MOTIVE IS TO HARASS CUSTOMERS. POINTING OUT SILLY MISTAKES AND SENDING THEM BACK AFTER WAITING N NUMBER OF HOURS !! SUCH A SHAME!!

Such a shame that we have to deal with BLS. It’s even worse than any government office. Goal of the BLS is to trick everyone in pointing out mistakes on their applications which results due to instructions not clearly given. They want to earn $100 extra from every person coming in. It’s nothing less than scam or corruption.

Visited BLS centre in Edmonton for attestation services . Received excellent service from Heena & Binali. The entire process was explained clearly and patiently

Unorganized, ill-informed and incompetent employees. Fair warning, you'll probably pay over 1000CAD$ and waste over 10 days(in hours) trying to have a document processed. If you want to time travel....BLS happens to be in 1995, its a blast watching these people call themselves Indians in 2024. Hopefully they disassociate from India or more likely I will.

They should no be given business by Indian Government..

Passport renewal application for minors got rejected twice from BLS Brampton, Ontario. Submitted all documents as per the checklist. got rejected saying errors in application which are not mentioned in the checklist..Resubmitted the application with all corrections they have suggested after having a telephone conversation with one of the representative in bls brampton.. AGAIN rejected saying lack of documents.. This time the docs they have requested are not mentioned anywhere in the checklist or their previous letter about rejection reason.. Started passport renewal application 4 months before the date of Expairy.. Now we have only 2 wks left for Exp.. Absolute waste of time and Money.. The up and down courier charges are more than the application fee.. Very Annoyed with the service..

This is regarding the service that I was offered in the BLS CENTRE IN OXFORD STREET TORONTO.
I was helped by courteous ,polite ,young officer by the name of Sourabh .He was very helpful and empathetic.
Though my experience on March 1st was very unpleasant with a woman officer from the same location .
U need more officer like Sourabh who handle everything professionally and very helpful. Hats off to the young man for the help he rendered to me .

BLS, a publicly owned company in India, is causing us great embarrassment by exploiting us even outside their country. I applied for a PCC and submitted all required documents as per the checklist, only to have my application rejected twice after two weeks of wasted time and having to pay for courier charges twice through Purolator. They rejected my application citing documents not listed in the checklist. It's truly disheartening to witness such unethical behavior from a company that profits off Indians, even when we're abroad. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, U.S has already kicked them out of service

I had an appointment at 11:30 booked a long time ago, I was in the facility at 11:15 and there was a huge lineup. The modus operandi for the staff inside is they find mistakes for simple things in the application and gives an option that either pay money and we will complete a new form or you can book another appointment. Why can't we make the necessary corrections in the same application form? It's not a major mistake, simple mistakes like the address is not filled, the middle name is missing. They have one or two staff assigned and waiting to complete the forms and grab money. It's high time they stop doing that.

It’s a big scam inside the center making money by charging extra money not giving any receipts for transaction. If application is filled correctly they find mistake by saying that there is no comma, full stop etc and they tell us to come back or they can correct it with a fee of $40 - $60 even more for pic is $120.BLS International is taking advantage of the current situation. What a shame ! Brampton location

Went to pick up passport after cancellation.The time allocated for pick up was between 3:00 pm and 4:30pm.Reached around 3:30pm.There were around 10 people in front of me.I could see the line wasn’t moving a bit .Around 4:00 pm the security came out and said we will close at 4:30.I started asking him we are standing here from 3:30pm and how u can close without taking us.His attitude reminds me of the government officers back in India.I saw him slamming doors against customers. I didn’t get my passport as he stopped taking people.I feel they are deliberately delaying and making the pickup tough for people so that everybody would opt more of the courier service which is lucrative for BLS.I have heard a lot of bad things about BLS and now I witnessed it.I just want to pick this up and good bye to all their service.I am not even thinking of taking OCI now.Hope one day BLS would be thrown out.

Hi, I submitted my OCI application at Brampton office on Tuesday 25th July.
The person who helped me, her name is Deeksha. She was very kind, quick and helpful. My application needed affidavit for name change. She guided how i can get done. Also, gave next day appointment to avoid delay and submit my OCI application. This is first time in so many year, I came out happy and relaxed. Deeksha has very good customer skills.
