They were fantastic in the reading store very helpful on both clothing and piercing advice to point going back to get my new piercing

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience last week, making the most of their special on piercings we got 4 done with great service from everyone in the store! They greeted us like long lost friends and were patience and helpful. Will definitely go back

Visiting the reading branch today was a really pleasant trip, Staff are really friendly and helpful ,polite .We couldn't get a tshirt in store so ordered it on line for us .The staff make the store a friendly welcome place to shop .Managers you should be proud of you staff.

As a parent to a teenage daughter with alternative tastes Blue Banana has got to be the ideal place for her to shop, I admit I love their products as well! Everything is well made and the staff at our local store are extremely friendly and helpful. They do a great choice of hair dyes as well.

I went into Reading not planning to get a piercing. However, upon chatting with the friendly staff and seeing the lovely jewellery I was SO tempted. There was no pressure or hard sell, so I decided to think about it.

As I pootled around town. I was surprised to see how many shops now offer piercing with a needle. Most of them free with a purchase. I had a chat with all of them, and none had the knowledge or confidence that made me want to stay and get a piercing with them. One of them was even piercing in the shop, in full view. This made me very uncomfortable.

I made my way back to Blue Banana, who charged £15. I believe experience and knowledge is very much worth paying for, and this was a very fair price. Bella was available to see me. I was shown to a private treatment room, and Bella changed into uniform and wore appropriate PPE. While I was deciding where to have the piercing I looked at therapeutic placement. I decided to have a Shen Men piercing in the hope it'll have a calming side effect (which I'm sure will make my family happy). Bella took time to ensure we got the placement just right. Despite it being a cartilage piercing it's been surprisingly pain free. She was very patient and gentle which filled me with confidence.

I'm now thinking about having more holes in my other ear as soon as I can. Wholeheartedly recommended. Thank you all at BB.

Went to Blue Banana for a belly piercing, staff were lovely and there was hardly any wait time on entry. Had an excellent piercer called AJ who was welcoming, hygienic and was really lovely all throughout the process would deffo go again and will recommend to others.

I went to the new Reading town centre to get my nose pierced and it healed perfectly! I got a small irritation bump but it went away with some tea tree oil. I got free downsizing and the staff were amazing!

Got my septum done in Reading yesterday, it was very clean and professional, the staff were all very nice! My piercer put in a lot of effort to not pierce through my cartilage despite my narrow ‘soft spot’ and the piercing was pretty painless and very clean!

Got two piercings in my ear, Sophie was lovely, super calm and clean. Did a great job 😊

I had my first piercing today at the Blue banana in Reading. I am absolutely petrified of needles. The staff on Saturday were so helpful and explained the whole process and even showed me the room and how they do it. By Monday I decided to go for it. AJ did my piercing and explained what she was doing every step of the way and it made my experience a very calm and informed process from start to finish. I love my new earrings. Thank you so much. I got my belly button pierced with my friend who got her thirds pierced and AJ was our piercer - they were so so sweet and my first piercing experience was amazing because of how lovely AJ was!!

I was getting my third ear piercing and my friend was getting her belly button done and we had Aj as our piercer. They were so nice and really calmed any nerves i had. Definitely coming back!
