Blue Door Group - Taxi Services Avis 

Beware just heard that this company have a fixed rate if you go out of town - £18.00 (just checked on the Uber App same journey Droitwich to Stoke Prior £6)

Beware when using blue door, I was just charged £18 for a journey from Droitwich Station to Bromsgrove, normal fare about £8-10 (uber). When I called office to query it they said it was a fixed charge as it was out of area!!! 6 mile journey!! At no time was the fixed charge mentioned. I should have queried it with the driver as his meter was showing £0000. Manager said it was down to me to check the price. Sneaky practice Blue Door. Don't worry, you won't be getting any of my business again and have made all of my colleagues aware. Given you 1 star- decent air-conditioning!!

Never have I ever seen such a shamble of a company. Booked said they’d be 20mins then don’t even bother turning up. All we wanted to do was make an appointment which was very important has completely ruined my families night and didn’t make it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I called up to get a taxi for a patient through blue door taxi service Droitwhich. I then called up again to see how long the taxi may be. I wasn't given an answer so I had to guess how long. I then tried see if I could cancel the taxi for them and I was spoken to very rudely whilst raising his voice with the answer being "absolutely not" , then I was told which taxi services I called like I wasn't aware and this personally this made me feel as I was being told I was stupid. I was only trying to help the patient and figure something out for them. I'm not the type to complain but this didn't sit right with me so I couldn't let this go past my head. I had called up again to see who I had spoke to, the man I was speaking to was Kyle.

Excellent. Our driver was No. 69 and he was lovely

Refused to come down our street as didn’t want to damage his car, when I do this road every day in a much larger vehicle . Forced to walk to the top of the road to go home. Dreadful service

Excellent service, friendly and helpful. Arrived exactly on time even though we are difficult to find and the cost, which was good value, was given up front. I would definitely recommend Blue Door from our experience.

Absolutely dreadful, my partner booked a taxi to go for physio 2 weeks post op hip replacement surgery. The weather was biblical rain, the driver didn’t even get out of the door to open the rear passenger door, bearing in mind she is on crutches. She felt threatened, insulted and very upset so much so was extremely tearful. I phone to complain and speak to the manager and was told I would receive a call back from the owner. Guess what no call, dreadful customer service. DONT USE

Easy to contact via email or by phone and you get a quick response to any query you may have. Made an advance booking which required payment upfront as it was a 50 min journey in the early hours of the morning for 8 people in same vehicle. Taxi driver texted when he arrived, he was on time, found driver easily and had quick and friendly journey back home. Would definitely recommend.

DROITWICH TAXI FIRM FROM HELL AS SOON AS THE LOCAL BUS SERVICE ENDS. ALL THE TAXI DRIVERS GO OFF SHIFT AND DUMP THERE MINI BUSES ON THE PAVEMENTS OF THE WESTLANDS ESTATE CAUSEING UNTOLD PROBLEMS FOR PRAMS AND WHEELCHAIRS AND IF ANYONE COMPLAINS THEY SEND THE DRIVERS TO HARASS THE ELDERLY RESIDENTS BY BANGING DOORS AND HOLDING AN INQUEST INSTEAD OF MOVING THE TAXIS OFF THE PATH
