Amazing customer service!
As the title states, the customer service was amazing. I was constantly kept up to date via phone calls and text messages which made the unforeseen wait for a couple of my items much more bearable. This was out of Blue Leafs control as the items kept getting delayed by their supplier. My other items were sent out beforehand and arrived as described and quickly. Thank you Donna! :)

I can’t tell you about the product because we haven’t opened it yet, we are still tiling, however I have no concerns as it is packaged fantastically well. I can tell you about the service though which was exceptional and also the reason I can’t tell u about the product because I expected it would take longer to arrive! Very efficient and very fast!

Fantastic service from start to finish
I was looking for 2 Martec ceiling fans and found them for a competitive price on the Blue Leaf website. The ordering process was very easy and I was provided with frequent updates for the progress of my order. Delivery time was extremely fast got to me in Cairns in only 5 days. I was contacted to make sure that the delivery had arrived and that the goods were complete and in good condition. Such fantastic service is very rare these days. And, as an added bonus, I received a price reduction of $25 as it was my first order with Blue Leaf. I could not be happier with the service provided and will definitely have Blue Leaf at the top of my list for future orders.

Excellent communication
The customer service is as excellent. The courier company let them down because they didn’t check we were home so it took three attempts to get the bath delivered. The lady at Blueleaf told as excellent in following up to ensure it was finally delivers
