Delivery Service Lacking
I cannot believe in 2022 I had to help a delivery driver get a 100kg vanity from his truck to my front door. You cannot be sending out deliveries of this weight without having the appropriate service levels that don’t risk hurting people. Deliver with two people

Hi Adam, unfortunately, large vanity units always require an able-bodied person on site to help the driver unload. This is how we can keep our delivery costs low, in your case, free delivery. Management will look into offering a premium service with two delivery people.

I am just amazed at how fast and easy this process was online even though I live in Western Australia. Blue Leaf Bathware & Tiles even phoned me and made wonderful suggestions on missing products that they could custom fit to the vanity for free if I purchased through them. This would have been a big headache if I had to organise later. The vanity is stunning and the tap fittings are first-class quality. They look like gold and are super heavy (which I love). The basin is prettier than the picture and just blew me away. All arrived before I expected with no freight damage. I know people will be asking me where I bought my bathroom vanity and fittings from. Thank you Blue Leaf Bathware & Tiles for looking after me.
