Blue Star Developments Avis

I contacted this company to complete work on my home and received excellent support and advice throughout. Communication and customer service were consistent while I was deciding on my requirements.

On the day the work commenced, I was notified within an hour of arrival, which suited my busy schedule. The work was completed promptly, and the area was thoroughly cleaned afterward.

I am very satisfied with the service provided. Their expertise was evident, as they clearly explained each stage of the work and the reasons behind it.

I would highly recommend this company for future projects and have already shared their contact details with friends.

Our loft window was repaired by the team at Bluestar last week and we’re really pleased with the result. Communication was great throughout, they were punctual on the day, and the workmanship was excellent. Would highly recommend.

This firm are brilliant! My initial enquiry was dealt with within ten minutes. I was given lots of information about what the job entailed and an excellent price. The workmen arrived ten minutes before the earliest estimated time and were very polite and efficient. They did a super job and cleaned up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very prompt efficient and helpful

These guys are top notch, from the first conversation with Nathan, through to completion of the necessary works. Thoroughly recommended.

Bluestar did a great job. They arrived when they said they would, quoted a very fair price and completed the job quickly and efficiently. From first enquiry to completion of job only three weeks. Delighted with the whole process, would highly recommend them.

It was very easy to communicate with Sophie as she was lovely and made the process of getting a cat flap installed quick and painless, and for the best price in the area too! The engineers were also very helpful, kind, and were in and out in less than half an hour.

Sophie and the team were very efficient with their work. They fitted the window professionally and left the room clean and tidy.

I'm really happy with Blue Star developments and would recommend to anyone. Every phone call and interaction was swift and responsive from the start. Sophie provided great, responsive customer service. The fitters arrived, fitted and left quickly. The cat flap was a bit faulty and I called a few weeks later to report. They came back, changed the flap straight away and it was sorted. I had paid and they could have easily dismissed or ignored me, but didn't. One very happy customer and they all deserve a big thumbs up 👍

Brilliant service from Nathan and the team. Had a great experience from them replacing my glass to adding my cat flap. Good communication and the work they did you could tell they were professionals and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if I need any work they do doing. Thanks again 😻

Really great service from initial enquiry through to installation- highly recommended

We asked these guys to fit a cat flap into a glass panel for our Velfac windows.

Whilst they can fit to most windows, Velfac is one of the ones they can’t fit to. However, they tried their very best to help and made the glass panel for us with the cat flap fitted in to for us to get Velfac approved fitters to swap out. They made it quickly, delivered it within a 2 hour time window and were super helpful with quick responses to questions I had along the way. The quality was excellent and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Really professional service. Sophie was superb with booking in the cat flap installation and up front and transparent with cost options. Easy to book a date and time in, and the installers were on time, tidy, and rapid with installation! Left with instructions for the new cat flap along with warranty info, and the new door panel looks great. Thanks very much!

I was highly impressed with the quality of their workmanship. The team replaced my broken Velux window in just ten minutes. Excellent service — I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

I used these guys to get a cat flap fitted in my patio doors. A really smooth process from start to finish, would certainly recommend!

Had a large dog flap fitted for my Labrador and lurcher, it's a great asset as I used to have to leave my doors open all day, Nathan is very professional and cleans up after the fitting, I actually put too much money in the envelope (menopause brain) he rang me straight away and sent the money back to my bank, would highly recommend a dog flab and Nathan

A great all round service. Top communication, knowledge and professionalism.

Fab service right from the first point of contact. Reached out to these guys about installing a cat flap and was promptly replied to. They quickly came out to measure up and a week later the new window and cat flap was installed. So pleased with it! They left no mess and it was installed in 20 minutes! The cat flap provided is easy to work and registering the chip on my cats was fuss free. I highly recommend this business!!
