I ordered a new transporter from Oli at Bognor Motors back in Feb’22 and without asking he beat three other quotes I had hands down. Between then and now we have had lots of discussions about various additions to the van and he has always answered quickly, politely and always willing to help.
When I was in the area last July we visited the garage and he was only to willing to discuss items and show us around the workshop. He took us out in their demo van and must have spent at least two hours with us.
When I collected my van last week Oli left a previous commitment to do the hand over himself.
Would I recommend BMVS absolutely and would have no hesitation in contacting them for any future purchases. You feel you are in honest safe hand when you deal with these guys.

I have been going to BMVS for all my VW Transporter years for many years now - 4 different vans worth!

They know their stuff beyond any other VW dealer and garage, are friendly, helpful and you wouldn't want your vehicle in anyone elses hands!

Recently had van suspension replaced and full alignment. Service from Simon and guys was superb. Suspension completely changed, van improved, old shocks returned, and even helped remove van builders stick from tailgate. Service ++

After agreeing that we could rent a van for the weekend at the price of one day, if we booked last minute and subject to availability, the agreement was reneged on the day of collection of the van. This was due to the person who offered the deal was not working on the collection day.
This was a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing; very amateurish.
The staff who were working on the Saturday were probably not best suited to a customer-based role.
This worked in our favour because we managed to get a refund for the single day's hire, and get something cheaper elsewhere. So, thanks for being unprofessional; it saved us money.

Had my T6 lowered with new KW suspension and also remapped with Revo software. Great support with advice pre-booking all the way through to the finished product. There were some issues getting some parts into the UK (Brexit/Covid) but Oli and Simon kept me up to date throughout and they moved heaven and earth to minimise the delay. Courtesy car provided and the final product is excellent with much better handling, improved fuel economy and they even noticed my headlights needed adjusting so sorted that on the spot. Highly recommended.

I bought my T5 from Bognor Motors 1 year ago, I dealt with Oli who was professional yet approachable, he didn’t try a pushy sale and I could ask him all the questions I wanted to without feeling silly - this is the first van I have bought and first vehicle I had have actually ever purchased on my own so it was a big deal for me. I felt like Oli respected that it was a big expense, and gave me all the tools, so that I was equipped to make my decision. He was right - best purchase I have made, no regrets and I love - The J Wag - apologies my husband named her! Since meeting the team my husband now uses the garage for his mot, service and other tinkering he likes to do with his golf and I’ve just picked up the van from a service and mot, all the guys are great. I would recommend Bognor motors to everyone.

Excellent service, took my car in for 4 new tyres and a geo. they kept me up to date with what was happening and road tested my vehicle to make sure it was ok and when it wasn't they corrected the geo again free of charge.
