The boarsi on-boarding team are very professional and responsive to questions and profile editing requests. So far, I am very pleased with using this online service for discovering board opportunities.

So far, my experience with Boardsi has been positive. They took the time to read and understand the materials I provided, creating a profile and write-up that accurately reflect my 34-year insurance career and my transition to Strategic Intelligent AI Solutions and Monday Freedom™.

Before publication, the team handled the process exceptionally well, and for that I offer a special thank-you—particularly to Lisa Williams—for her professionalism, attention to detail, and thoughtful representation of my experience, values, and vision.

The ultimate measure of success will be the opportunities and board interactions that result, but so far I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the authentic representation of who I am and what I bring to the table.

Jennifer did a great job with the intro to the company and coordinating the introduction.

Service was prompt and staff first class and responsive. Results have been very professional.

The design team who is supposed to make my profile did not do a good job in making it right as well as the process were not great.

The matching was not great either and there was no support as well as the companies I applied did not even review the application for weeks+.

Overall just a poor experience of the matching data, technology they use and the people who support clients.

Plain and simple, the company is a scam. Any review over 1 star is made by a bot or is paid to leave a positive review. Boardsi has an unsustainable business model, so it's important to realize that from the beginning. The problem with Boardsi is they have zero incentive to help you. You really need to wrap your head around this.

They start by spamming you on LinkedIn or similar site, suggesting your qualifications are a good fit for a board position somewhere or possibly consulting. It's a lie. Real companies don't use websites like Boarsi, they use recruiters to go find the right person. What reputable companies DON'T do is recruit from a pool of people who paid to belong to a website.

Think about it, boardsi is based on collecting monthly fees from you while they attempt to find you a position somewhere. If they were to succeed, you wouldn't be paying their fee anymore, so there is truly no incentive for them to succeed in anything. It's a total, 100% scam.

UPDATE: Within 2 hours of me posting this, some representative from the company got my phone number and called me to try and educate me as to why they aren't a scam in an effort to possibly get me to take this review down or something, I don't know. Half way through her spiel I cut her off and told her that her presentation wasn't convincing at all and to leave me alone.

Fast service and highly accurate and engaging overview!

Lisa Williams pushed the process along, which is great for Boardsi candidates. The only thing I wish is a phone call and not everything emailed. Great process and your firm made me appear as a great candidate, which I believe the main goal of your company to place candidates.

I am grateful to Boardsi and their services. I specifically want to thank Lisa Williams and Kacey Card for their hard work. I enjoy taking the online courses on Board Managment which I can only say are Masterclasses. The whole team are amazing and are seeking to find strategic cultural fit so that all will benefit. Even though I have been with them a short time, the experience has been worth it.
