Cowgirl Gear to wear for Years

Excellent advice given prior to my purchase of a stunning Fedora Hat. Just love it! It was posted out very promptly but with the postal strikes it did take a bit longer to get to me. Highly recommend this company if you want something a bit different.
My hat is well made and a gorgeous colour. It was packed well with no damage for posting. Thank you.

First time but definitely not the last
First time I’ve shopped with Boho Buffalo, and I’m delighted with my purchase. Buying from the site was easy, and delivery was fast and well packaged
Even though the first pair of jeans I ordered were too small, it was an easy return and replacement was sent very quickly.
The quality of the jeans is fantastic and the scarf is beautiful.
Will definitely be back, and have no hesitation in recommending Boho Buffalo

Not customer focused
Sorry, but received the wrong shoes! Then emailed the company 3 times and had no response! Had to contact them directly on Instagram to get a response.. then I had to get someone stay at my house to collect the wrong shoes they delivered, received the correct item now, thought they could of refunded my delivery charge, but instead got nothing! Sorry, but not really customer focused for me… you only know what a company is truly like, when something goes wrong.
I’ve just read your reply! What you forgot to mention is that it was not an “instant reply on Instagram” and the email you sent yesterday was rather sarcastic, and I asked you not to email me again!
I did send you the emails that I sent and didn’t receive a reply! My boots were not collected in the morning, but late afternoon. The boots you resent came 3 days later and they were delivered to a neighbours house, not signed for. I was lucky to have honest neighbours.
Sorry, but for me, I didn’t receive good customer service.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way Liza, and that we could not meet our usual high standard of service on this occasion. I'm sure you will see from all the other reviews on this page that we are an extremely customer focused business with many return customers.
We have only been told about the 2 emails and as you know we continue to investigate this, as we never received them. When your instagram message was received you
had an instant reply and profuse apologies, even though this was out of our business hours (11:30pm). Within minutes it was arranged that the correct size was dispatched by express postage and that the incorrect boots were collected by royal mail from your doorstep by the very next morning. There were also follow up messages to ensure you received the correct item and we offered 24hr reply service by whatsapp if you needed anything further.
As you can see this is the only bad review we have EVER had and pride ourselves on outstanding customer service. There will be the odd occasion that a technical or logistical error will occur and we can only apologise yet again that on this rare occasion it was you that had to experience a complication.
We feel that we did all we could to resolve the issue the instant we were made aware, and hoped you felt assured. We hope the high quality boots you received will bring you joy and make up for the initial sizing issue and we thank you for your custom and feedback.
We have now put measures in place to avoid system errors in future so we thank you for bringing this to our attention.
