Bad situation

Someone from inside bond Wolfe is letting keys for properties out that are entered into the auctions.
The properties are then being advertised on gumtree and marketplace as to let.
Someone leaves a key under brick at front door for viewers of property.
If viewer says they want it they are asked to pay cash deposit and 1 months rent.
When buyer at auction finaly completes there are people living in property or in some cases growing drugs ! See West Midlands police article regarding this

Wish there was a choice for less than 1 star, on both occasions the lady who answered the phone was rude and disinterested, I would not sell my property with these if this is the attitude they have, disgusting behaviour towards me when I was just enquiring AGAIN about viewing a potential property for myself.

So Auctions can rob hard earned consumer money with no repercussion ???
BondWolfe and Many other Estate agents are now using this scamming bidding tactics.

These people advertise a ridiculous…guide and obnoxious premiums and buyer charges

These people advertise a ridiculous guide price attracting a massive attention from th public and collects a deposit of 6000+ say from hundreds of prospective bidders. This is just on one property.

Imagine on 200 properties on sale multiplied by hundreds of deposits on each property (since the guide is just a joke) and multiplied by £6000+ by each prospective bidder. This will run into multi millions. Now comes the real part...if these deposits were not returned and even if the auction is cancelled ? i presume, this is heading to a great scam of all times in the UK and many other auctioneers are heading towards this game like BP Auctions......Buyes...be ware....scary really.

Their hidden premiums and buyer charges are obnoxious....

This auction house really does need…

This auction house really does need closing down. They give a guide price on a house in Birmingham of £25,000 and then sell the house for £152,000 + add on their extortionate hidden fees running into thousands more. I can only assume that there are no regulations regarding the tricks an auction house can use to lure people in but Bondwolfe seem to be far worse than anyone else.

Bought property on 8th December ( 3…

Bought property on 8th December 2021 ( 3 Gammage Street Dudley) and found out £22000 charges,£6000 buyer premium, selller fee & searches £900, auction fee £1440, previous default charges £730. For three weeks, seller solicitor did not answer to my solicitor. Just two days before deadline they ask to complete the purchase.
On further investigation, seller actually does not own the property when ask why? they claim it was mistake. We had to rescind contract and demanding to pay back our deposit and legal fee. If not will take legal action of course.
It is same property that was put in auction in September 2021 and sale was dropped possibly same reason. Bond Wolf Auction is disgraceful company allow rogue and pirates to use their platform who simply make money in such a nasty way.
I would like the previous highest bidder in September 2021 auction to come forward and claim his deposit and legal costs. (Message me).

⛔️⛔️⛔️Avoid this company If you value your hard earned money ⛔️⛔️⛔️
They deliberately delayed the completion process so we missed the completion date, then they took our £20k deposit!!! They don't even give all the information about the property!
Proper thieves! All their setup is to take your money.
We are currently going through legal authorities to get our money back.

I would not even give them one star

I would not even give them one star, these are crooks with no integrity, Mr Ashutush Gupta bought the lease for my property 96 coleraine road for a mere 24,500, he then auctioned it today yes i bid on it thinking i would get it maybe slightly over, i didn't it went to 37,000 that, but actually bought sold for 33,000, on further investigation I found out that Mr Ashutush is part of Bond and Wolf so its his company, the whole thing was dodgy from start to finish. Even the leagal fees, Irs a shame in life that the rich get richer and poor are at the merci of crooks, and thieves. They probably thought i would pay anything to make my property freehold, i'm glad i didn't as i know the lease is not even worth the auction cost it went to. I don't know what my freehold lease would be of any use to anyone els except the home owner. They have people bidding on the inside, yes they do before i get a response to say they don't. Unethical con artist. just because we can't prove it doesn't mean it is not happening. I will do some more digging i'm sure i will find out more. MR Ashtush Gupta lives in Sutton Coldfield big ass mansion, how did he make his money, hum by robbing people off. more greed no integrity

The appalling and disgusting hidden…

The appalling and disgusting hidden cost of £6000 buyer premium for a small purchase (They do not say that on auction day) on top of auction fees, legal cost etc, yes buried in the small print. I will proceed to the property ombudsman, this is unfair and extortionate. I do not mind reasonable premium but not rip money. AVIOD

Massive hidden charges

I was looking to bid through this company on a property with a guide price of £5000 needing major renovations. Listed as also charging an admin fee of £1440 which is reasonable. Then I start digging through the legal pack and tucked away on the middle of the special conditions document after a load of boilerplate is a £5995 buyers premium fee. To be paid by the buyer on a property with a guide price of £5000! This isn't mentioned up front in the property listings on various sites or in the details. You have to register and then start digging. I can no longer consider this property as I have no confidence in this company or the seller acting in good faith.

STAY AWAY! MASSIVE HIDDEN CHARGES AND UNTRUSTWORTHY

Anonymous Home Buyer
9th July 2020
STAY AWAY! Im a genuine person and this is a genuine review - Bond Wolfe Auctions is a Sham of an auction. I bid in the region of £37500 on a property and all of a sudden they put the winning bid down to me at £41000!! and took £6140 from my account and now wont return the funds. On the day of the auction they had glitches with their online bidding platform (they admitted this on their facebook page also!! ) and still wont refund me. £10,000 fees hidden in contracts on top of the other charges!! Ridiculous low guides prices to entice you in and they then sting you with hidden fees in their legal packs!!. I have already reported them to trading standards and the auction ombudsman DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT HELP YOU!!. THIS COMPANY HAS A HUGH NEGATIVE AMOUNT OF REVIEWS FROM GENUINE PEOPLE WHO THEY HAVE STUNG! HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT TRUST!! IF YOU THINK YOUR BUYING A HOUSE FOR £30000 BY THE TIME THEY FINISH WITH HIDDEN CHARGES ETC YOUR PROBABLY PAYING DOUBLE THE PRICE!!
