I celebrated my birthday here and it was a fab night in the karaoke booth, excellent service especially Sem, made my birthday special

stevenage venue. We had a great time axe throwing and the cocktails were brilliant. However when I asked to use the disabled toilet it was filthy! I told the member of staff I couldn't use it in that state, her reply was "its because its not used very often" and she would send someone in to clean it. A staff member went in and swept the floor, the floor was the least of the problem, I once again said I cannot use it and I didn't. The ladies apparently wasn't much better! overall a great time but hygiene not a priority. Just glad we didn't have food!!

Boom battle bar - o2 - Tai was a great host, helping my son enjoy his 13th birthday. Fun place to come to celebrate! Tai was helpful and attentive!

Had booked 2 lanes for axe throwing at Watford as there were 8 of us, when we arrived they said they could put us on 1 and then we could play darts and shuffle board for the other hour. What a great night, everyone enjoyed it, the staff were lovely and friendly and the drinks were not too expensive.

Kacper he treated us very good, he was very nice!

Drinks were very good, good choice and server Sian was always there to serve. Only downside was food - was very nice but not enough.

Suzie was absolutely brilliant! A fantastic host, talking us through out planned activities for the day, taking us to each activity and, being very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend trying several of the activities.

The axe throwing was incredibly fun, lots of banter and friendly competition. The instructor Nick gave lots of tips along the way, is absolutely hilarious and great banter. I highly recommend doing axe throwing here.

Great afternoon out for my partners birthday doing Axe throwing in Birmingham. Hollie made it a great fun experience for us. The cocktails were so yummy.
We'll be back soon to try another activity.

My husband, daughter and I went for karaoke. There were definite issues with the equipment and so they moved us rooms and started the session over, there was also an issue with ordering drinks, you could only do it via the bar code and it wasn’t working, so husband had to go upstairs to find someone- there were only two members of staff on, so not their fault. Due to all the faff they gave us a free round of golf. I cannot fault the staff at all, they were friendly and so helpful. The set up of the venue needs work. Drinks are too expensive, equipment needs fixing and people should be able to order drinks and pay cash, stop relying on tech all the time, it is going to fail! If it weren’t for the staff who work there, it would be a low star, they are saving the place to be honest.

3 of us had a booking for karaoke in Cardiff.
We were warmly greeted by Manna, Elizabeth and Whitney and offered a shot to help get rid of any performance anxiety.

We were shown to the karaoke booth and left to it for an hour. We had "the best time with my clothes on" to quote one of the party.
I don't usually like karaoke and feel very self conscious but something about the booth and glitter ball had me up singing and dancing.
We even got an extra 2 mins to finish the song we were singing.

Thoroughly enjoyed. We'll book for longer next time.

A couple of things to note:
- It's very hot in there.
- Take drinks before you go as you cannot order from the booth.
- Figure out your set list before to make the most of your time.

We took part in the cocktail making masterclass for a friends birthday in Leeds. We had the best time. Our two hosts (Jack and i think the lady's name was Jess. We had plenty of alcohol on the experience so the memory is a bit patchy!) were fantastic and made it such a fun experience and made sure we were having a great time. We didn't feel rushed and the cocktails and shots were delicious along with the food. We were given hats and props during the masterclass and got to keep them which was a lovely touch!
We played prosecco and beer pong afterwards and that was great too!
Over all a great time had by all definitely recommend

Sweet girl behind the bar was so patient with me when I couldn’t figure out the card reader. Think her names was Sophie or Sophia, either way had a blast! Customer service was amazing 🤩 will definitely come again with the family after recommending ! 👍🏻

Don't trust them with your money!

A friend and I had a lovely afternoon here in May, the service was good. We stayed a few hours, played most of the games, had some drinks, then I paid and left.

Unforuntately, my card was charged twice for the full amount. No problem in principle, should be easy to fix! Sadly their terrible service after the event means it's been well over a month since I reported it to them and they still haven't provided a refund (despite confirming that they charged me incorrectly and I am due a refund).

While their customer service teams are friendly, there is clearly no urgency to return a customer's money to them after they have taken it incorrectly, which is frankly shocking behaviour.

There was no suggestion that they would try to make up for the inconveniece of having to chase them, not to mention the fact that the money they are keeping is subject to interest charges on the credit card. They've also now stopped answering my emails requesting an update. Still no refund. I now have to go through the lengthy process of reporting and claiming it back through my CC.

The staff are excellent, very clear instructions on axe throwing and orders filled out correct by Jasmine Freemann and Tyler Henderson

After 2 hours in this place on a date I had to ring my mortgage advisor and remortgage my home just to play the axe throwing. Cheaper to go on holiday to Paris first class and buy a diamond ring to propose with.
