A positive experience
I am very happy with my fridge freezer. Really helpful in the shop. Not at all pressurised to buy anything. It was delivered on the day as promised (on what must have been a very long day for them) and the old unit was taken away. My new appliance was unwrapped and put into place and they even took the wrapping with them. I was given clear instructions on when to switch it on and to activate the warranty. They couldn't have been more helpful. I believe in shopping locally if I can and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous service. Really happy with the settee you delivered for me . The delivery boys deserve praise for getting my settee in with no fuss. Really helpful . I'd recommend Bourne furniture to everyone and when I need new again IL definitely be shopping here

Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. Ordered my washing machine online at 1pm and was delivered to my door by 4pm. Both delivery men were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

They couldn't do enough for us
They couldn't do enough for us. They delivered when they said they would and had to carry the fridge freezer up 15 steps. Very polite and helpful.
