The experince i had when i had a problem with a item i purchased was second to none absolutely fantastic customer service propt action taken and i was very sastified with there response

I contacted customer service as I was unable to order an item that was showing in stock. The customer service I received was excellent! Very quick response to my query, so helpful and I managed to order my item. Very pleased, fantastic service, thankyou Bows.

Great clothing selections for all ages and sizes. Top notch customer services … any problems have been sorted straight away with no issue.
My only niggle is that some of the items are so lovely and popular they sell out really quick … so you have to be quick sharp after a live!! xx

Absolutely fantastic company, items always as described, love the videos on FB to show items on. Beautiful items, amazing prices fast delivery i am so impressed. I had a very small issue, emailed and received a response almost immediately which is unheard of and all resolved within an hour.

Brought a cream fur Gilet, arrived today, it’s so lovely, fur is so soft, colour great, pockets fab, length great I’m 5ft 2 . Service speedy and great communication. Would definitely purchase from them again

Good quality clothing, fast delivery

I placed an order on the 20th December 2025, received a tracking number that didn't take me to any postal service site so I couldn't track it.

I have emailed a couple if times and sent a message on ztikTok and had no response. Site now tells me it is closed when I click on my order.

Item still hasn't arrived.

My experience with bows has been brilliant , i have not been shopping with them for very long. The clothing is exactly as described on their website . True to fit. Doing the fb lives are fab as we get to see the clothing before we purchase. From time from order to delivery is excellent comes with in time scale of delivery.

Came quick and all items were lovely

I placed my first order just before Christmas and my items were delivered in record time on Christmas Eve which was great. I’m very happy with the quality of the products ordered. I find shopping on the App very quick and convenient and there is so much choice. I will definitely be ordering again and have already paid for an annual delivery subscription ready for my next orders. A really good shopping experience overall.

Have been buying various items a while now , for the last couple of years , like the way they show the item looks on different sizes, like the down to earth way they speak to customers , their delivery is 1st class, do they ever sleep ? I live miles away from their shop but wouldn't think so with delivery speed . I can only wear certain jumpers that dont itch , and each one i have bought are ' none ' itchy and wash great ! Fit is lovely to , summer dresses ive ordered have been great to, they cater for size 14-16, and women with a tummy , they mention this when they try on , whether it has stretch , or flares nicely over tummy , thanks Bows x
