I made an order on boxlegend.com, but didn’t receive it.
They just took my money and stopped answering my emails.

I purchased the package of 8 containers, mainly for the storage of my baking products. I'm very pleased with how fresh it keeps them, the seals are strong, and I like the fact that I can see my products, as a matter of fact,
I'm going to order more of them in different sizes.

I was amazed at how easy it was to use this tool I was able to get down inside machine below screen housing the amount of lint coming out Wow so glad I purchased this tool will be letting all my family know what a great job this tool can do when I put the screen back into housing it seated perfect like it use to Great tool Thanks

What a great tool for the clothes dryer. It fit perfectly on my vacuum. I was simply amazed at how much lint I was able to clean out of my dryer. It was able to reach down farther than I was able to do before. I highly recommend this tool.

I was amazed with the amount of lint that was removed from my dryer. The hose and adapter fits perfectly.

Purchased the lint hoses for my dryer, cleaned very well. Happy for the price.

Bought 3 packs of vacuum bags. More than 50% of them did not hold the vacuum. They have a print which says to contact them to get a replacement. I did write them an email. Never even got an answer.
Products can be damaged. But it is not acceptable to not keep their promises and to not even reply to their customers. I had to pack everything multiple times and to get replacements via the local vendor.
It was definitely not worth the effort.
Be aware that their replacement policy is a lie and their email address to request a replacement seems no longer in use.

The boxlegend has excellent customer service and after sale customer support was fantastic. There were some shipping issues and folder durable flipfold was very helpful. Pricing was much more fair than from the local household products shop who would have charged me more for a display model and then charged me for delivery - so I saved more than $60 and delivery fees - great value!

I ordered 2 I was going to return one of them , but after using it I changed my mind ,this is quick and helps when preparing and packaging my T-shirt orders.Highly recommended
