Delivery good, some concern over quality of goods
The delivery was good - on time and helpful driver. My only disappointment is in the quality of the sleepers. About four of the 16 sleepers seem to damaged or may have just come from the outside part of the tree. In what I am constructing I can hide the parts that look unsightly but I'm concerned about whether this would also have effected the wood treatment.

The process of ordering online and picking up is quite straightforward, you are able to see that the items are in stock and obtain a time for collection.
The staff were helpful but it took awhile for the item to be booked out as the staff weren't sure how to do it.

Very helpful service
Very helpful and efficient service at both the general store and the timber store. One member of staff carried my purchase to my car and the timber staff member was able to get the loft board I needed cut in half as I had requested. Very happy.

Best counter staff in town.
The counter staff at BPS Timber were - as always - attentive, friendly and helpful. In this case they also offered some useful advice on how to finish plywood for use in a floor. Definitely the most helpful, and knowledgeable builders merchants in the area (other than BPS Heavy building supplies of course)
