I was promised to receive my brace on…
I was promised to receive my brace on June 29th. When I did not receive it, I began tracking the delivery service. A shipping label was produced on 6/23 in Iowa. The package went from Iowa to Florida. I live in Eugene, Oregon. The delivery service seems strange to me.

It doesn’t protect the back at all, it’s not give any pressure on the back , and it doesn’t give a free return shipment, it costs a lot of money to return. I don’t know why Amazon would refer this company to their employees, it’s expensive and useless to support the back. I am very disappointed in returning that it says free to return but it doesn’t say free return shipping it’s found in the policy you pay your shipping fee if return.

Night Splint Buckles à Problem
What I liked: incredibly fast delivery
What doesn’t work for me with this Night Splint: thé splint was purported to work on either right or left foot, but as I need to use it on my right, thé buckles are on the outside of my foot/leg. I can only use the outside buckles by straining which injures my back. This means I cannot put the splint on or take it off safely without assistance. I need to be able to put a splint on and take it off by myself.

Honestly everything went wrong. The sizing guide does not work correctly, you can't return without being out more money, the shipping was delayed. And now I'm stuck with a product that doesn't even work

Braces that changed my life..
So got my braces yesterday used them overnight last night woke up with no pain great product looking forward to less pain in my life.

Overall great experience
Easy to order. Complete info on products makes choosing easy. In past when I had to return item (wasn't sure of size so got two and returned one wrong size one - for knee brace) it was easy and pleasant. I've had my knee brace for almost 6 mos. now and it is still working like new.

For the most part
For the most part, I put the brace on and I was expecting a little more stretching of my tendon and ligaments but it has only been one day! It wasn’t as uncomfortable as I thought it would be sleeping in it. I will continue to use the brace!
