Excellent customer service
I was dealing with Louise to get a quote for car insurance. She was very quick, efficient, took all my details and got back to me very quickly with the lowest rate I could find on the market. She clearly explained next steps and I was insured in a matter of minutes. She followed up with an email covering all steps. She was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

I recently purchased my insurance through Brady Insurance, and I have to give a special mention to Bronagh and Fiona.
They made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. Who knew getting insurance quotes and purchasing insurance could actually result in such an enjoyable chat!
Both were extremely professional, friendly, easy to talk to and, most importantly, explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand.
Their customer service was honestly one of the main reasons I chose Brady Insurance over another company. When you receive that level of service, it makes a huge difference.
