Ordered from the sample sale, 96 items costing almost £200, isn't a lot but for my start up it really is. Especially when the items aren't sent, there is no customer service, emails not responded to, phone system does not connect, no response via social media.

Order placed on 6th of November, tracking information sent on 19th of November, even though they state delivery in 1 to 3 working days, since then, nothing.

Fictitious tracking information sent, which does not exist when checked via the delivery company.

This company is a complete scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM .

Ordered with wespmanufactuer om 26th April got told samples would be with me within 1 week 5 weeks later still no sign of samples asked for a refund now no one getting back to me they will pro long you and feed you lies

brandedltd.co.uk is not a reputable website or company. We have had multiple issues and have dealt with Ty and Katrina. Ty the business owner is not to be trusted.
We have paid for orders on false information of stock being in hand, been given multiple lies of orders being sent and false tracking information, labels tied to deliveries never sent and multiple stories of misplacement of parcels / damaged parcels etc with absolutely no evidence of anything ever even being sent.
REFUSE TO REFUND although no items or proof of any items being sent.
Whatever you do definitely do not pay this company through bank transfer.

Still no further in the process... NO ITEMS... NO LEGITIMATE TRACKING... REFUSE TO REFUND...

Purchased an item that never was delivered but said that it was. Nothing more than a scam. God hates ugliness and they will be punished for sure. Don't waste your time or money fkn with these 🤡🤡🤡!!!

Responded to my first email regarding a quote, then failed to resond to any further emails about going ahead with the order. Don't waste your time.

Lie about dispatch times so whatever the website says add a week. Then add another week for the tracking to actually update. Bearing in mind they also send with Yodel so a high potential for your order to never actually arrive. Phone line gets you nowhere and there is absolutely no customer service via email or Instagram DM. Very much thinking I’ve been scammed at this point because I’ve spent over £1000 in samples and so far haven’t seen a thing and I’m being completely ignored. Think twice before considering this company as a supplier.
