I used Branded Matches for my wedding, there was an issue with my first order not being quite right but they quickly solved the issue and sent me out a fresh batch with some additional free boxes. Quick and easy to get hold of and I would use them again

I used Brand Matches twice before finding a much better supplier on Etsy. Unfortunately, my experience with Sam (who works there) was consistently negative — I found him rude and unprofessional. He got my name wrong in emails twice (something that takes seconds to check and comes across as slightly racist), and when I once asked for advice on a product, he told me he wasn’t going to ‘waste his time explaining things’ and that I should either place an order or not — so rude and mean. Looking back, I don’t know what I was thinking continuing to work with someone like that.

When my order arrived, the package had been sealed so tightly that I had to use scissors to open it, which damaged the matchboxes inside. When I flagged this in an email, I was ignored. On top of that, the actual quality of the boxes was disappointing and definitely not worth the money. My honest recommendation is you can find much nicer suppliers to work with and cheaper elsewhere

First time ordering custom matchboxes as souvenirs for an upcoming event. The comms were fast and friendly, Spoke to Sam who gave me the information I needed, then got the visual of the matchbox and Susi tweaked the wording to my satisfaction and the matchboxes were delivered within a week. Loved the final product. Can definitely recommend.

This is not a company I can recommend.

We ordered 300 bespoke matchboxes for an occasion. When they arrived they were substandard. The goods did not match the description. The boxes were wonky, some ruined with air bubbles, some uneven in places and other such discrepancies. Furthermore, some of our order requests in terms of colour choices we supplied were not adhered to.

The merchant refused to find a way forward, kept all our money and refuses to acknowledge and remedy the issue. We are now sitting on unusable products we cannot do anything with, and all our solutions denied by the vender subsequently. We are extremely disappointed, and found the attitude of the vender offensive, unprofessional and unreasonable, after he had admitted there were issues. It has been an extremely bad experience and we will be avoiding this company from now on.

I've been ordering matches from this company for almost 5 years, and have always received excellent service, and an excellent quality product. If I had a query, they responded quickly, and we're always helpful.

I had a great experience with Branded Matches from start to finish - great customer service all the way through and I have just received my order of 600 boxes of matches and they are brilliant! Great quality, all absolutely perfect - couldn't be happier. They make the whole process really easy and have a very easy-to-use design tool which even I could use. Would highly recommend!

Made an order from Branded Matches in October. We had contact with a sales representative just to confirm what matches we were looking for. The order was paid with PayPal and a shipping link was sent. The parcel never arrived so we contacted the company again. They never replied. Later we could see that the parcel was leaving Sweden going back to UK. So we reached out to BM again. They once more never replied. Now we unfortunately had to take this matter to PayPal and are currently trying to get some kind of refund. We have not gotten ordered and paid products. And have not gotten a refund. Stay away from this company!
