LISA WAS (AND IS) AMAZING!!! She not only walked me through some corrections needed to tighten my Google profile, she also gave some great advice on how to protect my business from scams, and increase my visibility and scalability when I'm ready. That's what a PARTNER is supposed to do!!!

They are a con! They took 500$ of my money that I used from my rent money, and soon as they took over, I was getting ALOT of clicks and no calls, meaning I paid over 1000$ in 3 days that they were managing my account. I was forced to close my account down on Google because of these people! I called and emailed them so many times for a refund and they refused. Asked for a supervisor and everytime I called to get one they kept telling me they will call back, and surprise, they NEVER called me! They stopped responding to my emails and refused to reach out! Do NOT spend your money on them! Don’t listen to these reviews cause most of them are fake and paid! Save your money and do your research on how to manage your own Google ads, because the bad thing is, Google will screw us over anyways! This company took advantage of a small business and new business owner an ld I had to start all over again and lost a lot of money in the process!

Kaddee was amazing! We have been with BrandRep for over 3 years now. We have sent multiple referrals over to her, and have never had a single issue with them. I have no clue why anyone would ever not go with BrandRep her straight forward personality is exactly what we needed. Honest and trustworthy just do it, don't question the process trust me do it!

Very upset with this company. Didn’t help me tailor my leads at all. Just activated my Google ads and started spending my money. Ended up losing about 500 on the whole thing with absolutely nothing to show for it. SCAM. DO NOT USE.

Well I'm New at BrandRep. So far so good I have been verified with Google so far and now we are working on optimization. They have been very supportive and they have been there for me every step of the way, answering questions and calling letting me know what to expect next. Can't wait to see what Brand Rep has in store for my business We Haul moving company LLC.

The process was supposed to be seamless. They were gonna hold our hands through the whole entire process and ended up us being the ones holding their hand. The website is terrible. The pictures are all wrong. We use them because they said that they would get us going on Google ads and they haven’t done anything as far as that either they put together as five dollar Website and charged us $550 a month so $3500 for six months for nothing a website that I could have had built for $300

It was wonderful working with them they were real helpful and explain to me everything along the way I really recommend them to everyone..

I have had the worst experience with BrandRep!!! I paid $4500 for a service close to 6 months ago which included a website, the website just got done last week but is full of errors and does not have everything I asked to be done. I did my own google profile despite this being part of the service I paid for, AI images were added to my website instead. I try to reach the sweet talking CEO that stole my money Charles over the course of the 5-6 months, I get crickets, the direct contact Janette responds only when she feels like, gaslights me and then gets almost nothing done after our conversation. I am more than frustrated and I just need my money back so I can find a company that will actually support my new small business. I regret falling for this scam!!!

I've signed up with them 5 years ago and for the first few years everything was great! A couple years I bought the domain name and ownership was supposed to be transfered to me and never was which wasn't a huge deal. A little over a year ago I paid $1k for them to revamp my website. Ever since the revamp I havnt gotten a single lead. A year in I called and told them and apparently when they updated my webpage it wasn't done right so the request quote wasn't working. It took weeks for them to fix it and now my custom email that went with the website isn't receiving emails and I can't get that fixed. Now im receiving scam leads in Russia and havnt received any viable leads since updating my webpage. Main problem now is that my email isn't working. Won't receive any incoming mail. Do not hire Brandrep for your marketing! Kaydee signed me on, and never wanted to talk to me again about issues I was encountering. I had to call from a different number and she finally answered. They made so many mistakes that I hired a 3rd party to audit my campaign and it was all done wrong. Different company name, wrong key works, etc. They wont even make the changes. They will not cancel or refund my money. They stopped taking my calls. They are a scam company with 36 complaints on The Better Business Bureau. DO NOT HIRE THEM, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I am honestly shocked by how poorly my experience with Brandrrp went. From the beginning, their team made big promises about SEO and social media work for my company. Several people called me, talked about how “professional” everything would be, and told me very clearly that the service was month-to-month.

But after three months, I saw absolutely no real work, no reports, no updates, and no sign that any SEO or social media activity was happening at all. I kept calling and emailing, and most of the time nobody responded. When I did reach someone, nothing was ever delivered.

Because nothing was getting done, I canceled the service by email. Even then, they continued charging my account. When I called to ask why, they suddenly claimed I had agreed to a six-month contract—something completely different from what they told me at the beginning.

I again asked them to send the reports and social media updates they promised from day one, and once again they ignored me. After months of paying, I still have nothing to show for it.

Based on my personal experience, I feel that BrandRep did not deliver what they promised, did not communicate, and did not provide the services I paid for. I regret trusting them, and I strongly encourage others to be extremely cautious before signing anything with this company.
