The item that arrived resembled nothing of the image on their website. I contacted via email to no reply, I called multiple times to no reply, eventually messaged on the website and got a reply. I’m asking for a refund and was offered another product at £9.95 cost to me!

I bought it thinking it might end up looking cheap like some online stuff does. Surprisingly it looks better in real life than the photos. The light is soft and makes the room feel a bit more relaxed in the evenings. I usually switch it on while watching TV or reading.

Does the job honestly. Warm glow and it doesn’t wobble on the table.

This lamp is actually really cute. The glow is warm and makes the room feel cosy without being too bright.

It’s a nice lamp, nothing dramatic but it makes the room feel warmer. I like turning it on in the evening with a cup of tea.

Absolute rubbish at an extortionate price. Returns at own cost to a fake address in China which costs over £16.00. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR TO BE.

The table lamp does what it’s supposed to do. Gives a nice glow and doesn’t wobble.

A substandard product with nondescript poor packaging was sent 3 weeks after the order. They’re refusing to refund.

I received my lamp weeks after ordering and it arrived broken. I sent pictures of the broken lamp to the company, it was very clear I wasn’t emailing with a human but with AI generated messages. They refused to refund me. This company is clearly fraud.

Bought this lamp for my desk and it works well. Bright enough but not blinding. Feels solid too.

Like other reviewers, I have had a terrible experience with this company. The lamp was very poor quality, arriving weeks after I ordered it from China. Customer service is a joke and won’t engage with my complaint about the product quality. Avoid.

Goods supplied will be inferior and different from the ones ordered. Cheap copies. They then reluctantly offer partial refunds or expect you to return by tracked post to China ( at your own considerable additional expense) and then still make excuses and not refund. Months of excuses! Zero stars would be more appropriate!

This company are a fraud. I should have listened to the numerous bad reviews. They told me that the item was not available so I bought it elsewhere. Ever since they have lied and cheated and still not refunded me. I’m in talks with my lawyer and aim to sue them. I encourage anyone else to do the same. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Extremely disappointed with product, I would even say it's a scam. "Technically" it was as described in the product describe, but the pictures don't match what I purchased.

Lots of details on the website don't reflect the quality of the products, like the "Packed with care" images, my product came in a simple cardboard box.

The return policy says you can return within 30 days, but it was a chore to get them to accept my return, and then I had to return it to china for massive cost. I didn't expect to actually get a refund so I didn't return it in the end.

My experience with Bray and Bloom was the worst and most horrendous one. Their customer service is appalling and I do not believe they are manned by real representatives. I kept getting the same empty apologetic emails for there huge delays offering to remedy the situation and when the product eventually arrived they withdrew their offer. I sent a total of ten emails and they kept replying with the same STS card response from a Sophie Lament whom I believe is robot. They basically wanted me to order from them again even though I was treated so shabbily. I think the Company should be investigated. I spend thousands of pounds with online retailers and Amazon Prime and I have never in all the years and purchases had such an appalling experience with their so called customer Service and they are a disgrace. Warning to Customers to buy from a reputable company. They are not. Avoid them like the plague .

Their product which claims to be 100% mulberry silk is not it is cheap rubbish.

Why hasn't anyone shut them down . The reviews speak for themselves

What surprised me most was how natural the light feels. It doesn’t strain my eyes even after hours. There’s something about it that makes the whole space softer without being dull. I didn’t think I’d care this much about a lamp but clearly I do.

Soooo the saga continues - here I am a month after discovering the goods bought at Bray & Bloom are a revolting synthetic poorly made bogus version of the alleged “Norwegian woollens” I believed I was purchasing. Weeks of refusing, dodging and ignoring requests for a full refund have followed. I now have the fraud team at my bank engaged in sorting it. They tried asking me to withdraw the chargeback request through my bank and that if I did so, they would then refund me. However my bank enlightened me further saying thst if I did withdraw the request, it wd be very hard to reopen the case if Bray & Bloom then didn’t actually refund me and that there was nothing stopping them refunding me with the chargeback process in motion - something they tried to say wasn’t possible - aka withdraw the chargeback request in order for them to be able to proceed with my refund. They have emailed to say they have now issued a refund but it’s not in my bank account so that all seems like another pathetic ploy. Be warned peeps. Stay safe, don’t deal with these guys. They are a con. Stay tuned for the next ‘gripping installment’ 🙄

This is a Chineese scamming website that sells goods under the pretenace of a glossy website and fake returns policies. I order what i belived was a reasonably priced door mat and it turned up thinner than a box of tissues. Be warned and do not use. Im going to my credit card company but also to look at how to get this website shut down in the UK.
