The booking process was very easy and the options available to me were explained clearly. I was advised of everything that was checked on my car and any issues that would require attention now and also and anything that would require attention in the future. They even cleaned inside my car which i did not not ask for or expect. The video on the inspection was also very helpful. Booking process was very quick, the staff are very helpful and polit, and the service was quickly done

When booking link went to brayleys Nissan, not Honda. Pestering calls from staff trying to save money with service plan (£20....wow).

Brilliant!
The staff were very helpful, especially when they realised I'd accidentally booked my car in for its service via a garage finding website mascarading as Brayleys. My car was quickly and efficiently serviced, MOT'd, etc. Also, it was beautifully clean inside and out which is not how it looked when I checked it in!
