I’ve been using Braleys cars for a few years now and as a family we have bought four vehicles from Tim at the harpenden branch with always brilliant service and customer care, will be returning for another vehicle soon

Reliably good
The staff are friendly, you are kept abreast of any changes to the work required and know the financial damage in advance. Shame the complimentary cleaning has stopped but understand it.
I have no reason to think the work isn't carried out efficiently and responsibly as the car goes from year to year without extras!

Superb and fast help from the service team.
We had an electrical problem with the car, that needed urgent attention, because we couldn't risk driving it too far and breaking down.
Various warning messages flashing on the screen, couldn't open the boot, tyre pressure indicator showing a fault, but nothing wrong.
The team quickly identified the issue, the Battery was at end of life and the very cold weather pushed it over the edge, so we needed a new battery. This was replaced and everything is now working. Fast and efficient. Thank you

Above and beyond
I booked a service and MOT appointment via the Official UK Mazda booking service. When I arrived at Brayley's Harpenden, due to a technical issue out of their control, my appointment did not show up on their booking system.
The Team, Tom, Lee and Niamh, provided excellent customer service that went above and beyond. Despite it being a very busy day for them, and me turning up for a booking they knew nothing about, they manged to fit in both the service and MOT and provided a courtesy car. Cannot thank them enough for fitting us in.
Friendly, helpful, can-do approach. 100% recommend!

Excellent. Pleasant staff, detailed report, the latte coffee was good, and the cold water was fresh and cool. The customer area of the showroom is a great place to spend waiting time, with a TV and reading material to hand.

Dishonest sales tactics and lies all the way.
Dishonest sales tactics, inaccuracy during finance application and then lies regarding car I bought.
Flagged during test drive that geometry is off, salesman said it was tire pressure, when I picked it up went to petrol station, not one tire had correct pressure.
Car covered in scratches, salesman act surprised that that wasn't there yesterday when they were getting it ready.
Avoid used cars from Brayley's this is second time I was treated like that, I'm done with this franchisee.
Service part if business at harpenden is great. Avoid sales, beyond horrible.

Who else would give out a zero invoice for locating a bolt that was left behind when our MX5 manufactured 12 years ago dicided to dislodge itself and started to rattle. They always go the extra mile.
