Brayleys Cars - Brayley Nissan Stourbridge Avis 

Hi it’s all very efficient and CS is good but I was there 3.5 hours after being one of the first in for service and MOT and new tyre fitting. The service was a first one so not complicated
Need to let people have an estimate on timings etc this would be helpful

Easy to book service over the phone and drop off car. Text messages to advise on when is likely to be finished.
What did surprise me, was a video sent from the mechanic on the recommendation and quality of tyres discs and brakes....Excellent.
Just one niggle, there was a dirty footprint on drivers side carpet and centre console that was left and surprised car wasn't cleaned.
Other than that excellent service.

From our 1st visit we were made to feel completely welcome unlike some dealerships we had been to. The team were brilliant answering all our questions showing us features and talking through our options! But after huge thank you to jonathon who is not ony and amazingly wonderful salesman but a genuinly lovely person who kept us up to date every step and always greeted us with a smile thank you Brayley for all your help on our new car. They kept to the time given for the job which is important if you are waiting. The check in process is very slow and while waiting a lady who wanted parts was completely ignored until I stepped in for her. She rang the parts bell but no-one responded to it. I asked the car sales person who was just going into the department if he could help. A couple of minutes later a sour faced guy came out to see what parts she wanted.No point in putting a bell on the desk if everyone ignores it. But my experience was ok

Very good service, my only concern was that when I tried to ring the call was passed from phone to phone and then cut off - 3 times!
Charlie was really pleasant and helpful and went above & beyond in making sure I was comfortable and brought my car right to the door upon collection. My thanks to her and the mechanic who dealt with the service & MoT.

Car was booked in for its third service and first MOT. Smooth and easy booking. Kept informed throughout the process. Car was ready in the estimated timeframe and was called to notify that it was ready to collect. The service advisor was extremely polite and knowledgeable, a credit to Brayleys. As always, a great service and was left feeling positive. 5*+.

Took my car for its first service. Customer service was excellent and communication was good. Car was completed in time frame promised. Received my complimentary health check video which was very informative. I purchased my car from Brayleys last year, and all through the process I couldn’t fault them on anything.

Car was bought in via RAC as had a faulty battery. Did initially try to get in to Bromsgrove Nissan, but they didn’t bother phoning the RAC back. Despite not being booked in, Stourbridge provided a fantastic service, battery replaced and even fitted my service in. Dropped off late Monday afternoon and it was ready on Thursday morning. Would recommend and in future I will be using this dealership.

After being previously stressed by the disappointment of Motorpoint I went to Nissan Stourbridge ( Brayleys ) with no pressure to buy they found me the right car I wanted for a great price and even wouldn’t let me have it until it was perfect to hand over . I received excellent service from this company, my vehicle had broken down and was recovered. From the time of receiving the vehicle the company kept me informed of the progress of the repair and the completion time. The lady involved in dealing with me provided clear technical information and was very helpful, The repair was completed very promptly and to a good standard.

Brilliant service from start to finish! Booking it in arriving on the day I was met by 2 from service team both extremely helpful and polite. I was sent an email to show them actually going round and assessing the car on its first service telling me tyre front and back both were fine what level they needed to be and what level they were at. I was called to go and collect my car was brought directly to me the service was outstanding from a customer point of view!

Everyone was so helpful while I brought my car in for a full vehicle health check i would definitely recommend and go back

Derek Fardy was the best man l have ever met to sell me a car, he was very efficient & lovely to talk to, there wasn’t anything he didn’t know about any car not just the one l bought, very pleased so far with the car but then again l have only had it 2 days .Good experience so far.,

Good experience, the car was booked in early and I was advised at check in how long it might take as I was waiting with the car. Complimentary drinks were offered in the waiting area which was much appreciated.
The staff here are always friendly and helpful.

Excellent assistance to find the right model from Tyler. He was very attentive and patient and also with the challenge of suddenly needing to find insurance on the spot.
We would highly recommend this young man.
