I went to Brayley Nissan Wolverhampton for a car service. From the very beginning, I was met with friendly and professional customer care. I also received a video link showing the service being carried out, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place — I’ll be happy to return next year.

I went for an X-Trail after reserving it online, based on assurances from the first agent. The commitment was that all MOT advisories would be sorted before the sale. However, the fresh MOT revealed eight more advisories. Each time, a new agent deals with me, and they don't seem genuinely interested in customer service. I asked for the 100-point check sheet, but they were unwilling to share it. They mentioned the car was checked and ready, but the sales agent didn't know anything about it. Hopefully, they will send me the reservation fee refund soon, as promised within 5 working days. Let's see.

From key collection by Stewart to feed back on the work done on the car, was seemless.

Straightforward and simple, no issues or problems or delays. Decent coffee machine and places to sit and wait for the service to be completed

Able to offer prompt appointment. Great half price MOT offer. Sent itemised list of checks and traffic light system to show how car had fared for each check. Car ready well before estimated time and phone contact made to inform me of this.

I recently dealt with Asha at Brayley's Nissan in Wolverhampton, after seeing an ad for a car on Autotrader. After an initial viewing by a family member on my behalf, Asha was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Being a distant buyer, it comes as a risk to commit to a purchase, however Asha and the team were extremely accomodating and understanding. This was a completely zero-pressure sale, which is reassuring as a buyer and I was provided with every detail for the car, history and any bits to look out for.

I can 100% recommend Brayleys Nissan, and in this case, Asha specifically. It was a very simple process to complete and I'm happy with my purchase.

Ever since it changed hands from Westway, the personal touch has vanished. The layout is awful, no privacy at all when trying to talk to salesmen.Being a Motability customer who ordered a car Ariya, a week later Nissan removed it from the scheme. Now treated very badly i found out, only because i called the showroom to ask if i could change the colour. Brayley's did not even call Nissan to ask if they'd honor my order. The website is awful a game trying to load car details, then barely no information.

Generally, i had a good experience at Brayley Nissan Wolverhampton. The staff welcomed us to the showroom, which was clean and welcoming, and were introduced to Asha Babber, to guide us through which vehicle we were interested in, and took 2 test drives to make sure we had chosen the right car for us. Asha explained in detail the paperwork from ordering to collectionof the vehicle, and sorted any minor things we asked about. She explained in great detail the vehicle controls. I am happy with my purchase and the service i received. thanks to all of the staff we met, and in particular Asha.
