Chevk in was efficient. However the courtesy car I booked in March, was not arranged. Love that the car was cleaned after yhe service/mot. All paperwork was clearly explained and service record completed.

I came in and asked for a Renault twingo for my dad with 1 pedal breaking and was told they won’t be available until minimum October so my dad. He liked the Renault 5 but we were told that it didn’t have 1 pedal breaking but he accepted that and we ordered one. We came back a couple of days later for a test drive and the showroom had one that he sat in which did have the paddles that I was told didn’t exist on the Renault 5. I asked about it and was told again it doesn’t come on the 5. It didn’t sit right with me so I called around and did a bit of my own research to find out that any made after April DID have the 1 pedal breaking. It was the only thing my dad even wanted yet no one told me if you wait only 4 more weeks you can have the one specific thing you’re buying a Renault for. We re ordered a newer car and waited the extra couple of weeks. The salesman never called about this yet asked me to give him a 5star rating! I had asked multiple times for the service plan to be added on to the order. On arrival it was not on it and I was told that the salesman had forgotten as he had 6 handovers that day and said we could come back to sort it out another day. We went back 3 days later to be told that the service plan that should have been £300 was now £500. The price had changed after we ordered the car and asked for it to be added but it was not honoured even though it was not our fault that someone missed it despite me confirming we wanted it multiple times. We have not brought the service plan now. And I’m far from impressed with the service. This is my dads first ever brand new car at 78years old and I can’t believe the hassle. I would not recommend this Renault to anyone.

Comfortable waiting area with nice coffee. Some Renault and Dacia vehicles in the showroom to look at while you wait. However I did not appreciate my car being parked two wheels up a high kerb when it was ready. I checked my alloys straight away and very carefully drove off the kerb. Whilst I understand there are parking issues in the area I will be asking that my car is not parked like that again at next service. I would prefer a walk to my car than see it like that in future.

Great experience, the dealership is conveniently located, the salesman who greeted us (Andrew White) was knowledgeable and very friendly. He arranged an on the spot test drive, which resulted in us buying a new R4! He kept us fully informed during the short delivery wait, and has followed up after delivery with courtesy calls to make sure we were happy.

The work was done well and the staff were all helpful and friendly but I have taken a star off for 2 things: There is nowhere to park. There are signs up saying customer parking but even though I was there quite early there is no free spaces. You really should have spaces that are purely for service customers as having to park on the double yellow lines is not a great look. My second issue is, even though I asked for something to look at well in advance, the issue required a spare part to be ordered and I have to go back for a second visit, which given they are not open on a weekend, requires another day off work. I would have hoped that the part could have been ordered in time for it to be fitted on the day. If the mechanics were unaware of the issue until the day of the appointment then maybe someone should be reviewing appointments in advance.

My car was booked for a diagnostic test but before the appointment date it broke down. The RAC collected my car & were due to take it to Brayleys in MK on Tuesday 7th April. I tried calling them on the morning of 7th to see if my vehicle had been delivered. There is an ongoing issue with the RAC but despite leaving a number of messages no one at Brayleys has called me back. If you know the dealer principal please pass on his details. Absolutely shocking service & I'll never buy another Renault.

The biggest help to me was the staff. Very helpful and answered any questions positively.

The salesman, Tony Johnson, provided an excellent service from beginning to end.
He kept me informed regularly as to when the car would be delivered and spent 30-40 minutes explaining the various functions within the car before we drove off. I've bought many cars in the past but this was the best experience, ever.

On arrival day one I was greeted, not pressured & left to roam. Great to see no pressure sales still exists. I enquired about their ‘special offer’ on the forecourt, thinking it was decent & worth enquiring. I sat down with Andy & he broke it all down for me. As we were of a similar age, we understood each other well, he wrote the deal down in writing, added my needs & I found myself ordering my new car with an upgraded version for only £4 a month more than I really wanted. Enjoyed dealing with them & am really enjoying my new purchase.

The process went reasonably smoothly, and Andy White was professional and helpful. And he was meticulous over the compliance requirements
There was a lot of toing and froing, but it did get sorted.
We were surprised by the increase in monthly cost of a PCP for a new Clio (nearly a 100% increase on our current cost, which eventually forced us to hand back both our cars and buy the new Captur.)
