Pricier than Wickes/Toolstation for things like plajn white emulsion but much greater range of colours and they get my tinted paint orders right every time.

Disappointing service
Disappointing service. Ordered some paint into the Bishop’s Stortford branch, due the following day I ordered it. Item did arrive till two days late, the colour of the paint for the size of the tin was expensive. Reached out to the Head office, got an automatic response saying they’d be in touch! Have had no response whatsoever…..
